After “fees” and taxes, we ended up paying over $300/night. So the total was double the original named cost per night, a hotel would’ve been cheaper. The place was clean and loved having a washer/dryer there for use. The pool is salt water (a plus) but it’s in the sun most of the day and HOT. No hot tub found or mentioned in the welcoming book. Ended up finding it as we were leaving at pool #3. The welcome book also has a different time listed as check out time…“No smoking” property but ended up finding a neighbor smoking on her porch, lol. No parking pass present, but got a reply from the local contact person after I asked about it, that we were fine without one. A tv in the master would’ve been nice. The snacks were a nice touch my kids enjoyed. The main bathroom had an awesome shower head. The 2nd bathroom shower head sprays every where. Very safe neighborhood. Mostly older people who enjoy the quiet. I just didn’t find the cost worth it, over all.
