"Great location, just as listed, plenty of amenities, clean. Once I arrived the points of contact in the community were very helpful. I would stay there again for sure. My only feedback was more the 3rd party “angel host” that managed the booking. They would send erroneous emails, provide In accurate info, require to use other sites outside of Vrbo, "

"House: Amazing property with an amazing view. Extremely clean and comfortable. Location was the best. The house also already had some swim and snorkel stuff as well as some condiments, coffee etc. Host: Regine was amazing. She helped with a ton of coordination before we came. She helped with charters, food recommendations etc. When we arrived, she met us at the dock and helped with luggage. She was very responsive during the week as well. "We enjoyed our stay on the island and meeting with Mrs. Delancy was a pleasure. She was kind in meeting us at the dock and we followed her back to the cottage where she gave us a welcoming tour of the house. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. "Booked this somewhat last minute and glad we found it! "We have always stayed in Provo and decided to venture to Middle this trip. The water is beautiful and you feel like you are the only people in the world! The house has literally everything needed. "This was such an amazing find. My girlfriend and I are not resort people and so we wanted to find a property that both would allow us to feel like we are an apart of the island. This was the perfect spot cozied right next to a very popular beach as well as being away from the resorts. Susan was an amazing host and very kind and easy to communicate with. I will most certainly be staying here again when we come back"

"Just magical. North Caicos is remote and requires a few extra steps to get there, but if the idea of being on the water, looking out on islands and sand with no one else in sight, appeals at all to you then this is an amazing place to stay.Alison was a fantastic host who was very prompt in responding to our questions. She has a deep and thorough knowledge of the island and gave great advice on places to see and local restaurants to try.I would give six stars if I had the option."

"Rocky Top Villa is tranquil, comfortable, and well-equipped. The views from the deck are phenomenal and a wonderful way to start and end the day. The night sky will please any stargazer. The location on Bottle Creek is well-situated to explore the beaches and natural beauty of North and Middle Caicos.We enjoyed snorkeling just off Wild Cow Run with a local guide, exploring Pumpkin Bluff and Indian Cave, learning about early inhabitants, and hanging out with the bats in the Conch Bar Cave system....
