La limpieza era escasa y el apartamento no es lujoso, está bien ubicado y por eso nos ha gustado. La televisión imposible verla en castellano y la terraza no se puede aprovechar todo lo que se quiere porque tiene una triste sombrilla que apenas tapa el sol y hemos tenido la mala suerte de tener un avispero justo al lado de la terraza que se suponía que lo quitaban en Julio según nos dijeron y el 15 de Agosto seguía allí.

Really bad experience
We don’t like writing bad reviews, but unfortunately we had a really bad experience with this accommodation and host. It still hasn’t been resolved up until this day. This accommodation promotes itself as a five star place with fast speed internet. Ideal for our two children that were with us and working from home. Unfortunately the internet was not working. We had a lot of attempts to make it work with no result. The host, not located in Spain, could also not do anything from a distance and told us it should work because she's paying for it. Unfortunately we had no choice than to leave and book another accommodation. Of course this wasn’t ideal, but what made it worse is that the owner didn’t reimburse the full amount of our booking to us. There has been weeks without hearing anything from the host. This, combined with false promises in the advertisement, made us unfortunately give this accommodation a 1 star review.

Very enjoyable
We enjoyed our stay the apartment was lovely (though no welcome Pack) We were rather surprised by the military base that flew training practices daily! Otherwise had a fabulous time.

Great apartment in a great location
This was our first time in Murcia and we loved it. The apartment had everything you need, with a lovely balcony off the master bedroom. The pool is small but was never crowded and the beach is on the doorstep. We didn’t hire a car and with restaurants every few yards along the promenade and the nearest supermarket a 15 minute walk away, we didn’t need to. We took a taxi into Los Alcazares a couple of times - just 8 euros each way - and enjoyed a meal at the Hotel Balneario, overlooking the sea. Altogether a lovely holiday.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed this part of Spain, the apartment was lovely and so was the surrounding area, in the heat it is a lot longer to walk to the supermarket and to the main town as stated but other wise lovely,

Excellent apartment for short winter break
This was a fabulous base for us for a winter getaway. The apartment is well laid out over 2 floors - there were only 2 of us so ample space. I would think it might be a little tight if 5-6 guests. The location is nice and quiet on the outskirts of Los Alcazares. We had a car which I think is desirable since shops and restaurants are generally a drive away although there are one or two local restaurants

Perfect location by the Mar Menor
We stayed for 5 days at the property (my two daughters and myself) and it had all commodities necessary for us to stay. It was perfect for us. The pool was great and not very busy. Communications with the owner great too. We loved being so close to.the promenade to go to the beach and sunrise walks too. We'll definitely book again. Gracias!

Nice stay
Good location for exploring the local area. I would suggest a car is needed as it's a bit of a trek to the strip. Apartment was clean and well equipped. The communal pool is small but not over crowded and the facility seems quite secure. I would recommend for family's and the carting is definitely worth a visit. The host was nice with good communication and nothing was to much trouble. Over all much enjoyed 😉. Thanks

Winter sunshine!
Just returned after a great stay in the penthouse apartment. Over the years we’ve stayed in various pleasant but small 2 bed apartments in LA and now that our kids are teenagers the extra bedroom and space were most welcome. The master bedroom upstairs with its own balcony was also lovely for enjoying the late afternoon sun and reflecting that it would already be dark back home! Right from the outset, communication with Deborah gave us confidence that we’d made a good decision and she provided lots of useful information and tips. This was our 8th trip to Los Alcazares in the last 10 years and we wouldn’t hesitate to book Deborah and Mike’s apartment on a future visit.

A lovely autumn getaway
The property was exactly as advertised but what put this property above those I have rented before was the communication with the property owner. Nothing was too much trouble, Deborah rang and introduced herself and go us some local information once I had made the booking and was so helpful with regards to concerns following the devestating Gota Fria and the flooding. I honestly could not fault the booking process, communication or the property.

The penthouse flat Alcazares
The host made every effort to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. The flat was very well appointed and it was nice to be able to watch a couple of our favourite programmes on TV. The complex is very clean with a lovely pool. As a result of the floods we were not able to go into the sea or enjoy the beach. However, there were plenty bars and restaurants on the promenade and the nearest one to the flat was just across the road. The impact of the floods was evident and meant we did not experience the area at its best. Nonetheless, the weather and the restaurants made our stay very enjoyable. The owner provides excellent information in their folder which was really useful. 5 stars for the owner and 4 for the experience 🙂

Lovely comfortable apartment on the far side of Los Narajos
The apartment itself was very well equipped and clean and the pool and grounds were nicely kept with cafes/bar close by. Being September it was fairly quiet. The only slight negative was that it was a little further out than described, you could reach Los Alcazares in 20 minutes but that was the outskirts, the main restaurant area was more like 30 mins walking. We experienced the dreadful storm on the12th-13th September which closed all the roads and both airports, Deborah the owner was very concerned for our safety and kept in touch and luckily had one more night available in the apartment before her next guests and allowed us to stay on there which was a life saver. I would certainly recommend this apartment for a low key family holiday (we were 2 grandparents, 2 adults and a baby and had plenty of room) and hope to return.

Beautiful apartment
This apartment is perfect and offers everything you would want for your accommodation. It was very easy to check in and out, Deborah the owner is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The information pack we were given was extremely helpful and gave us lots of good advice for the area. The pool area was lovely and the grounds of complex were nice too. The beach nearby is pretty, but we found it better to walk 5 min around the headland to get to softer sand and better water. The beach out front of the apartment is mainly used for the water sports, so we didn’t use it to swim in. It was I hassle though walking around the headland, there was better beach bars there for reasonable prices. La Sirena was our favourite beach bar, great food and not expensive. The bar right by the apartment is expensive, especially for drinks, but the food was great. Especially the ribs! We ventured into the old town a few times for markets and walk around. The restaurant on stilts was fantastic and a beautiful setting, definitely worth a try. Our favourite restaurant though was Marea restaurant just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The food was exquisite and great for a special meal. Definitely try it! Overall we had a great holiday and I can’t stress enough how lovely this apartment is. Thanks Deborah for all your help!

Relaxing in Los Alcazares
The property is situated as described very close to the beach at the end of the promenade in Los Narejos, in a beautifully landscaped complex. The security guards were all friendly, courteous and helpful. The local bread delivery van is great. We discovered that we could always catch him on his return lap as we weren’t fast enough to be there for the first beep of the van! The apartment is well equipped and the welcome pack was thoughtful and greatly appreciated after a delay in our arrival due to flights disruption. It was an absolute pleasure booking through this owner who was really helpful in responding to my queries and made some excellent dining suggestions. The nearby Spinoza bar is excellent and at the opposite end of the street, 20 mins walk away at the Arches, is a super tapas bar & fine dining restaurant called AEstribor. Well worth a visit.

Family holiday
A lovely find...Great apartment, very clean and well loved, everything thought of. A welcome pack awaited us, and milk, butter and champagne in the fridge, what more do you need?!. Very comfy beds and great having separate bedroom and en-suite upstairs. You can see the sea from the balcony and literally a 2 min walk to the beach from the apartment. Bread man comes every morning between 9 -9.30 am with delicious fresh bread and cakes. A great walk along the beach takes you into Los Alcazares where there are plenty of bars and cafes, and supermarkets. The complex is very quiet, no noise at night, outdoor pool is great. Deborah the owner was fantastic throughout the booking process, very helpful and accommodating, would definitely stay again. Just a shame about the weather, which nobody could have predicted - the worst rain and storms they have had in April in 73 years, and it would happen to be when we went!!, hotter back home in Lancashire!!. Thanks again to Deborah & Mike we will return

Great apartment in a lovely location.
I just returned from a 4 night break with my daughters, granddaughter and elderly father. We had a fabulous time, the apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Its on the outskirts so lovely and quiet but only 5 minutes from everything, including supermarkets and lovely restaurants. The beach is on your doorstep so fantastic for the kids, with beach bars every couple of hundred metres from each other. Communication with the owners really good with lots of information given before you go. All in all a lovely place to visit, will def be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was in a lovely and peaceful location and was very well equipped. Really close to the airport. Lovely to watch the planes go over. Lovely spot
We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, with some great extra touches. Location wise it is on the outskirts and therefore very little noise. The swimming pool was really nice but got too crowded for us as there is little room around the edge. Beach is vast with lots of kite surfers to watch. There are several beach cafes for lunch and supper (eat late for best atmosphere) all within walking distance and all reasonably priced. We found the area was mainly Spanish families which was lovely. The Mar Menor is very warm and some days rather murky with a few jelly fish. We visited the old town which is lovely and also drove over to Cartagena which was fasinating and worth the trip. There is noise from the aeroplanes landing and taking off but not so much that it was a problem. The Spanish Airforce put on a rather impressive display. The bread man arrives every morning at 9’ish which was very handy. Debs, the owner, was very helpful throughout our booking and holiday.

Sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Appartment
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer gewählten Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber, alles Nötige für das erste Frühstück lag bereit. Im Kühlschrank lag sogar eine Flasche Sekt! Für 6 Personen wird es in der Küche und am Esstisch etwas eng, ebenso der untere Balkon. Der Balkon zum Schlafzimmer in der 2. Etage war da schon größer und lud abends zum längeren Verweilen ein. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Exactly as described
We stayed here for 5 weeks in February/March to escape the UK winter and it was very enjoyable. The apartment is exactly as described with direct access to the promenade/beach at the Los Narejos end of Alcazares. The owners have provided very detailed information on local restaraunts/shops/markets and places of interest. With UK TV we were able to keep up to date with the news back home and the free WiFi was a bonus. We really enjoyed sitting up on the top bedroom balcony which enjoyed sun from about 11am to almost sunset. All necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable is provided. The 24/7 guard on the gate gave us a sense of security although the area itself is very pleasant. We would recommend this apartment.

Great location, Great accommodation
We had an excellent stay in the penthouse suite. 10 minutes from the airport and right on the beach. The apartment itself had everything that we needed, right down to the beach towels and recliners, as well as a handy shopping trolley to carry it all. The rooms are all spacious and the bathrooms lovely. The place is a real home from home. We had lovely evenings watching the kite surfers from the balcony. Might have to try that ourselves next time we visit! We had a couple of conversations with Deborah and nothing was too much trouble. All in all, an excellent place to stay
