Great Beach House for Small Family
Family of four. The location is great for access to the beach. It's clean and the family spaces are large enough to allow us all to hang out together. Jose (host) is extremely responsive. Only nitpick would be that while there is AC in the upstairs living room/kitchen, the bedrooms downstairs rely on fans. It did get a little warm at night. But, overall, this is a terrific choice for anyone prioritizing beach access.

Manhattan beach family vacation
The 2 bedroom townhome in Manhattan Beach was lovely, clean anc well appointed. very clean. It is in a great location and the hosts were gracious a very responsive. It slept 4 people and the beach, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. We will definitely plan to return in the future.

I loved this property and so appreciated how responsive the hosts were to me. I made several requests and heard back in minutes. The condo was beautifully furnished — a real home away from home. I especially loved having the two decks where each member of our party could have some private time if needed. We were within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and a small grocery. Larger stores—REI, Whole Foods—only a short drive. Thank you for a wonderful week before my son’s wedding. I had a real chance to recharge before one of the most important days of my life!

Wonderful place to stay.
We loved the condo! We love being able to have a short walk to dinner or the beach. Having the windows open and the ocean breeze filling the house. We were convenient to everything. It was a wonderful trip.

Beach Getaway
This is the ideal place to spend a few beach days. Great location, 10 minutes walk from restaurants, shops and the pier. 5 minutes down the hill to the beach and strand. Nice views from the upper balcony, the only drawback being the electricity wires spoiling the view a little, but that is almost everywhere in the beach communities. The house itself is great, comfortable beds, spacious kitchen and living room. Especially quiet considering your surrounded by other people. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to come back.

Great place, great location
We had a great stay. The place is wonderful, minutes from the beach, and a short walk to the Manhattan Beach shops and restaurants. House is well appointed and spacious. Owners are terrific and have everything ready for you (towels, linens, coffee). The pictures tell the story. We plan to stay here again!

Great place, ideal location, really nice hosts
We stayed for two weeks over our son’s college spring break. The location was ideal, a couple blocks from the beach and a short walk to the center of town. The unit was just as described / pictured and fit us really well. Ability to park in the garage was really convenient. Our hosts Josie and Punit, who live in the other half of the building, were very nice and responsive. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very happy with the location by the beach. Nice size bedrooms and the living space was lovely. There were some questions regarding the heater and the bathroom drainage that were resolved by the owner within minutes via texting. Good place to stay with friends and family. The 1/2 bath on the LR and kitchen level is a great addition. The dining table was large and can accomodate 8 adults comfortably.

Came to visit children.
We came to visit my son who is a freshman at Loyola Marymount and my daughter who lives in Long Beach. I think Manhattan beach is the nicest location I have been in California this far. The condo was perfectly located. A short walk to shops and restaurants. The Strand was a long walking/jogging path along the beach which was a nice surprise for me as I have struggled to find places to run without traffic. It was great to have a parking spot in the garage as well. We have had some tight parking in the past so we rented a jeep and it was the perfect size to get in and out. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

Terrific place close to great beach
This property was as advertised, and great price. Lovely, airy place with all the amenities, comfortable beds, beach equipment provided. Cool breezes from many sliding doors, windows, and balconies. The host was excellent, responsive, easy to communicate with, and kind & generous when severe weather caused us to have to alter our plans. Highly recommend; we plan to visit again soon!

Quick stay at the beach
We had a wonderful two nights in Manhattan Beach. Came down from Seattle to take our 14 and 11-year old boys to the Arsenal and Barcelona soccer game at Sofi. Didn’t have to rent a car. Easily Uber’d from LAX to the house and from the house to Sofi. Walked on numerous occasions to hit the beach and restaurants. Super convenient location. Wonderful home with plenty of space. Very clean. We would rent this property again in a heart beat.

Awesome Getaway
Location leaves nothing to be desired…walk to beach, shops, restaurants, parks. Property is clean, airy, and full of all comforts of home.
