Just a huge oversell i
I don’t know what the definition of a penthouse is in the USA but this was not one ! The apartment is well lit and linens were clean. Marcela was responsive and sweet but her hands are tied However the rest of this apt is as grimy and dirty and i spent the first day cleaning it. The WiFi didn’t work until my techie husband fixed it The TV was broken. The dishwasher leaked There were no decent glasses until we complained. There was a broken vacuum cleaner None of the outlets in any bathroom work The dining table seats 6 in an apt for 10 There is so much overselling here it’s unbelievable The prices that are advertised are not what you end up paying I do not recommend

First time to LA
The penthouse suite was really nice. It was plenty of room for six adults. It is a little tucked away from the main area but only a few second walk or a minute scooter ride to Starbucks. The beach is a block away and perfect. It is very close to the airport but no airport noise. The parking was a bit tight but we worked through it. Some things were broke but the owner answered my email quickly. Ralph's, local grocery store, is very close and worth shopping at along with Costco. The little town in walking distance has a great Italian restaurant along with a great place for breakfast right along the beach.

Great location near the beach. Comfortable and quiet, lots of room, pretty clean inside unit, but needs a good paint job inside and out. Entry hall is really dirty. Some Kitchen lights and outlets not working - maybe just a breaker problem.

Wonderful space just one block from the beach
The unit is spacious - plenty of room to spread out. Beds comfortable and linens fresh. The beach is a very short walk, and it is also easy to walk into Venice Beach for coffee or breakfast and to reach the pier. Easy walk to the paved beach path which goes north along the ocean toward Santa Monica. Parking in the garage is a bit tight, but we rented an Armada and were able to park in the garage with a bit of wiggling. Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, sliding screens a bit dated but everything was very clean and functional. Owner provided hair dryers and large containers of shampoo / body wash - super helpful when arriving in LA by air. Super fast response when we asked a question on the morning of check-out. We would definitely rent here again! Thanks for the hospitality.

Very close to beach
This is a beautiful place that is just a few short blocks to the beach. The beach was never crowded and our family loved it. They have a high chair, which was much appreciated. We truly enjoyed our stay. My only 2 complaints would be the air flow and the storage in the garage. The upstairs bedroom is extremely warm during the day. I would highly suggest a portable air conditioning unit for the summer. There are several items being stored in the garage, which makes it very difficult if you're parking 2 cars. I contacted the owner about both issues, neither were resolved. We rented a Dodge Journey and were barely able to squeeze by. We had to lift our infant seat over the hood of the SUV to make it by. If you have anything larger, you will not fit.

Great property close to beach and restaurants. The only thing we could not do was grill on the deck since the grill was not cleaned for months! All in all a great place to stay!

Location, location, location
This unit is nicely appointed, beds are super comfortable & nice (clean & fresh) linens. The location is superb! Love to park the car for multiple days & travel on foot, which we did daily. It is a quick walk to Venice Beach & restaurants, shops very close proximity. When visiting the Venice Beach area, rent a Bird or Lime electric scooter & travel up to the Santa Monica Pier. Great fun! Rooftop was amazing w/ grill & great place for social gatherings. Our group had a great time! Thank you for the hospitality & the accommodations!

Fabulous place! It was perfect for of family of 8 adults!
We loved this vacation! We were a family of 8 adults and Fleet Street was a perfect location! A block from the beach and an easy walk to coffee shops, great breakfast places, restaurants and the Venice board walk. The younger adults had a great time with the Birds the rental scooters that are everywhere. Once you are logged in, you just grab them and go. We also rented bicycles. It was an easy ride to Santa Monica. The condo had everything we needed. It had comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and a great living room space, as well as the rooftop deck with lounge chairs, a hammock and a dining table. We grilled steaks on the rooftop deck (Costco is a short car ride away), relaxed and watch movies after a particularly busy day, and found plenty to do nearby. We all agreed the vacation was one of the best!

Perfect location
All good, except we could not get the TV in the master bedroom to operate. All else was good. Little bit of a scare when cleaning woman parked in the garage while we weren't there and didn't know who it was when we returned.

One block from the beach and 3 blocks from restaurants and bars on Washington Blvd. - so a really great location! And the house is very comfortable with beautiful hardwood floors. The manager was also very responsive and helpful.

Great stay!
Don't judge this book by its cover ... the inside of this unit is great and in the perfect location. Plenty of room, clean, and well lit. The location is also great. Quiet location, but close to beach, bars, restaurants, etc. Frank was a great host, very responsive. The only reason for four stars ... the hallways and outside of this building not so nice. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

This place is amazing!!
We booked this place based on previous reviews and let me just say they were all justly deserved!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Tons of room with so many great places nearby. We had multiple people staying with us from all over the U.S and Europe and it was exactly what we were looking for. Very quiet neighborhood for relaxing at night and about a block and a half from the beach. We were within a 5 minute walk to numerous restaurants and a Starbucks. The whole place was beautiful, clean and spacious. The rooftop patio was perfect for a barbecue we had while staying there. There was a small front terrace as well as the one attached to the master bedroom too which was great. Everything we needed was already stocked which was a huge plus. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the area!!

Great Location
Frank's place was perfect for our family of five. It is very light, spacious and comfortable! The location near the beach and walking distance to beach restaurants & shops was great. They even have beach chairs you can use during your stay. The roof top was very relaxing in the evening. All of our questions & needs were taken care of quickly. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location
This house has plenty of space for everyone in your party. Conveniently located just 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from shops, bars, and restaurants. Rent some cruiser bikes and bike along the beach in the morning. Or head up the beach to Santa Monica pier. Beds were super comfy. Neighborhood was very quiet. Great tandem parking in the garage big enough for our Tahoe to fit.

Very nice accommodations.
This unit has a great location, a couple of blocks from the beach, and about four blocks from the beautiful Venice canals. The outside of the building is a little underwhelming, but the unit itself is very nice. Large living, dining and kitchen area. A great master bedroom suite, and nice additional bedrooms and loft space. Big TV's, good internet, nice furniture. There is a nice garage space out back, unfortunately we were driving a 12 passenger van that could not fit in any normal garage. I only regret that we spent so much time touring that we did not get to spend enough time hanging out in the unit. I think this is a great base from which to explore LA.

Everything we needed and wanted!
This home was very comfortable for our trip and we loved walking down the quiet path to the beach. Frank was very nice and accommodating - so glad we chose this home. We really enjoyed our stay!
