A very pleasant one month stay in Burbank
My friend and I were looking for a place near the studios to stay for a month while studying at the New York Film Academy Los Angeles. I’m so glad we found this! The guest house is perfectly equipped with everything you can need for a long and short term stay and Cedric was an amazing host. We had our privacy but he also was very attentive and answered immediately to any problem que would have, always willing to help. The area is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The puppies were such a plus too! Thank you, we will be back!

Very cute place in a lovely neighborhood. Bathroom is small but very functional and the patio out front was really nice. 2 dogs living in main house were sweet and affectionate. Would definitely stay here again! Very nice. A tiny odor from carpet (I think) when we arrived but was not bad at all.

Great location and quaint stay
It’s a quaint little place behind the host’s house so you walk through the driveway to get to the VRBO. We were greeted by the hosts friendly dogs as we walked through the driveway, which we enjoyed. They were very cute. It was clean and comfortable. A spectacular location. Very safe and walkable. Also enjoyed the proximity of Burbank to the surrounding LA areas. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great neighborhood!
Lovely place, very clean with everything you could need. Comfortable and easy parking. The neighborhood was perfect for walking and close to studios and Universal Studios. Loved walking and seeing horses being walked as well. Cedric was very pleasant to deal with and access was simple would definitely recommend!

Sweet Cottage
Perfect place for privacy & quiet. Was in town for business & this was the perfect place to come back to every evening to relax. I felt very safe & even though it was street parking, there was always places available right near the house. Cedric was a lovely host and his dogs were just precious!

Great Stay
I really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was no issues checking in or with the unit and it is centrally located right in the middle of Burbank making it easily accessible. Added bonus for me is that I could walk to my work meetings! I would definitely recommend this unit and will try and stay here again next time I need to be in Burbank.

Coffee Miser
My top 3 priorities when selecting a property is Location, King size bed & coffee. The location was great, rental size suited us fine & dogs were friendly. Our first morning, Friday, I went to make coffee with the Keurig but only found 2 K-cups. My partner & I drink 2 cups each morning. It was 7 am so I texted the Host, who is on the property, asking for more. At around 8 am I could tell that the host was up so I went around to the front door and was able to get a few more K-cups from the housekeeper, just enough for Saturday morning, but none for our last day Sunday. When I got back to the rental, I saw that the host had replied to my text. He said: Yes, there are only 2 pods after that it's the guest responsibility. I can understand not supplying coffee to a long-term renter but a couple in for the weekend? To obtain more K-cups I would have had to hire a Lyft to get to the nearest store, .7 miles away, purchase a 10 pack, (I only needed 4) return plus tip. The total would have been $22. I have never in all my VRBO travels been rationed coffee. The property listed a coffee maker but made no mention of 1 cup of coffee per guest for the entire weekend.

Convenient Quite Stay in Burbank
Excellent location for our visit to the LA area. The guest house was well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. The two little dogs were very friendly after barking our arrival. They warmed up this very quickly. Cedric was a very congenial host and will respond quickly to any concerns. It’s a great place for a couple to stay, we enjoyed our 5 day stay.

Just like your second home
Everything listed is very accurate. This place was the closest to everything that I was visiting and it is a lovely neighborhood. The Wi-Fi is wonderful and super easy to connect to. All the necessities were given and very clean! Parking is definitely not an issue as long as you follow the parking instructions given. The two little doggies were very friendly and cute. I would recommend this place if you’re wanting to feel at home and not confined to a hotel room.

A Secure and Nicely Appointed Guest House
This guest house is exactly as described and suited our needs very well. We recommend it without hesitation. We're not very computer savvy and had difficulty connecting to WiFi. Cedric explained how to navigate VRBO's app and says he will create a hard copy of his contact information and the WiFi log-in and password to leave in the unit for future guests.

Great Location and Property
Great location and fairly close to a variety of stores. With being in an unfamiliar area, I especially appreciated that the guest house was located in a safe and secure part of the property. Highly recommended.

Nice place
My main concern and why I stay in rental houses instead of hotels is because of severe insomnia and that was palliated by the quiet of the host's servant's house. There was an issue with my leaving a space heater there and though I texted him as soon as I realized it, 6am the next morning, and he was very cooperative, his subsequent guest was unavailable and it was either leave the thing there and be out $100 or go in and get it without either of the host's nor the guest's permission. Cedrick was upset about this I know and I'm sorry for my carelessness and all but it was aggravated by my insomnia and lack of mobility in that very hard to get around LA Freeway town!

The layout of the property is deceiving looking at posted picture on Vrbo. There's not enough room to move around in the living room. The TV location is in the bedroom which is very uncomfortable if you care to watch a show. The vanity mirror is in the way when you try to wash your face. The place is only good if you want to spend the night but not to hang out. Coffee maker quit working the next day and was never replaced for the rest of our stay after I notified the owner. Who ever wants to stay on this place please make sure you are aware of the time that you can't park on both side of the street. I got a ticket for parking on the day & time of street cleaning. The owners' dogs were friendly but you have to watch out where you step as they love to poop in front of the door.

Quiet and Clean
Quiet and lovely neighborhood and accommodations were as advertised. The only negative was maneuvering the gate to get to the back ADU with no lights and no lights at the front door so I had to use my phone flashlight. Dogs are charming and very friendly.

Great stay at a hideaway
Me and my partner had a great stay the last couple days! The place was great, we enjoyed the cleanliness and the access to washer/dryer, full kitchen, and the smart thermostat made it so the temperature was perfect. The hair was quick to respond to any concerns and even let me know about parking rules, saving us from a ticket! Bottom line great place stay here!
