Perfect spot for a small group
Our group of four had loads of room, walked to our choice of restaurant each night and felt very safe in this residential neighborhood.

Great Stay
House was clean & redone nicely. Beds were comfortable. Host had clear conversation with easy check in, and check out. Street was quiet, neighbors were friendly. Wouldn’t say it’s the safest area but no issues. Would definitely stay again.

6/10 Decent home in a convenient location, has its issues
The host, Julie, was very responsive, answered questions we had and deal with some issues we brought up. The third bedroom has two bunkbeds not the 2 double beds pictured or detailed in the listing (we had picked this home because the information did not mention bunk beds). We did not find the home to be comfy/cozy. Cleanliness needs some work - dirty floors, cobwebs, toilet & blinds (dusty, broken - leaving gaps) and a butter covered plate in the cabinet. Ants in the master bathroom, "due to the time of year", were easily taken care of with the ant spray we found. There was a cockroach in the hallway bathroom, got rid of the one, thankfully there weren't more. The air conditioner was overmatched for the 100 degree temps we had while we were there. Julie helped get us another fan, which took some time and follow up to arrive, she did also offer to get another fan but a few days were very uncomfortable. Kitchen was nice and modern, but could use a few more items, toaster, more flatware and dishes to support the 8 people it accommodates, etc. We did not find the cubby holes and bins useful, ended up living out of our suitcases. The lamp in the third bedroom is broken, we had to plug in one lamp in the master bedroom, the other we just left unplugged as there wasn't another plug convenient to plug it into with the cords provided. Parking was convenient, as was the laundry provided. Checking in & out was easy. Location was convenient for our plans, close to shopping, etc.

Comfy and Cozy home
Lovely interior, with comfortable beds and couch table and chairs. Modern kitchen well appointed. Parking and access easy. Bathrooms and bedrooms and associated features were good and most appropriate. Due to the heat wave the portable AC was not adequate to cool the entire flat, making it uncomfortable at night. Property management needed to come out to address ants on the kitchen counter, which they did right away and it was resolved. Overall I would rate the Comfy and Cozy home 4 out of 5 stars. Thank you.

Adorable Home
The home is super cute. There is only AC in the living room but the other rooms have fans. It was a little warm. There are lots of cobwebs that need to be cleaned inside and out. We had an issue with mice and had to leave.

Place is beautiful relaxing and makes you feel at home. Close to stores within walking distance.
We were doing an adult trip ended up with 4 grandkids. Home was perfect for us all. The Patio was a great place for conversations and laughter. The home could use a toaster. But besides that there was all the necessities and appliances you need. Everything was perfect! I finally found the hair dryer last day. I liked the feel of natural dry. I missed the california weather. My step son is a restless sleeper and in tge middle if the night the edge of his pillow knocked off the lamp and broke it. We have stated we would have the insurnace and it could be claimed. It was also pretty much perfect in the middle for all we wanted to do in LA. We went the baseball games beaches, hollywood, Universal Studios.

Family Thanksgiving
This house suited our needs perfectly. We were visiting family in the area, and it was just a few minutes drive to their house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked nicely. Getting to the laundry was confusing, but the owner helped us when we had questions. And we had a grocery delivery that didn't make it - I guess the neighborhood is a bit confusing for delivery drivers, too, but we eventually found the packages in front of another house nearby. This was a quiet and easy stop for us. And our arrival was delayed due to kids getting strep, and the owner had no issues with that, was very responsive. Thanks! Would absolutely stay here again when visiting the same family!

Just like the picture show
I’m a first time Vrbo user and truly I was nervous. I rented this house for my family that flew in for my wedding. I have to say this place was amazing. Nice location and beautiful inside. Only thing I’d say they could better is checking propane for the grill. We wanted to use it but unfortunately it was empty. Didn’t have a chance to get it refilled before we left. Overall I’d totally stay here again.

Great place to stay at LA/OC
Spacious, cozy, welcoming home for family. Perfect amenities which saves you the trouble of packing towels, kitchen ware, etc. really appreciate washer/dryer access. Secure location but the only downside is limited parking to one vehicle inside. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Comfortable Stay
Very comfortable property with plenty of amenities. Generous supply of coffee, tea, condiments and toiletries. We were also thrilled to find a plentiful supply of ice in the freezer. Towels and linens are fresh, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The parking situation was excellent. Julie was quick to respond to questions and is easy to talk with. This stay was short but we would definitely want to stay here again the next time we are in town.

Very cozy lovey home
This place was perfect for us. Great location, within 10-15 minutes to beach, Shoreline Village and Aquarium. House was fully stocked with extras toiletries in medicine cabinets. Would for sure stay again.

Amazing Stay
We came into town for a family funeral and it felt amazing to not have to think about anything else but being with our family. The location was perfect, the check in process was smoothly run. The only thing I would recommend is putting the address on Google maps instead of Apple Maps. Overall it felt like home! Thank you Julie!
