Spacious and modern home

The house was just as nice and big as the pictures portray it to be. The property manager kept in touch with us the whole time. The home had everything we needed and then some. We had lots of teenagers, young adults in the home and it accommodated all 9 of us and still felt spacious. The house was contemporary decorative and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful holiday home

We had a wonderful time with the family in a beautiful holiday home. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The surroundings were peaceful and perfect for relaxing together. Definitely recommended for families or groups looking for a getaway

Pros: The location is great. Right by the Peterson Automotive museum, the Academy museum of motion pictures, LACMA, and The La Brea tarpits and museum. The house was spacious. Check in was easy (though the cleaning people were still there at 7:30 pm when we arrived). They had plenty of dishes etc for cooking (though I had to clean everything that they left out on the tables and counters before we could use them) and plenty of towels. The sheets were very soft and beds overall comfortable. The soaps smell wonderful. They actually left laundry detergent and cleaning supplies, which really works in their favor as it would have gotten dirty so fast with all of us there. Cons: The house needs some maintenance. We did have them come out and fix the drier which was done promptly. Several cracks in the counter tops and chips everywhere (countertops and cabinets) so just general maintenance needs to be done. The dishwasher didn't work well. You have to prewash or basically completely clean the dishes before you put them in. It won't even remove the oil residue from coffee if you load the dishes immediately after breakfast. I basically used it just for sanitizing. It probably just needs the drains cleaned out which again is just a general maintenance issue. Also the garbage was completely full from the last guests when we arrived on a Saturday and the next pick up was Thursday. Overall I would recommend

Perfect place to spend time with family & friends

We were in town for my daughter's wedding but beforehand we were able to celebrate Thanksgiving with both families. There was so much space and there were 22 places for people to sit at a table (not counting coffee tables). The main dining table was set up perfectly for a formal meal with all of the plates, flatware and glassware. It was nice having 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths so all of my kids had a private room. Overall I give it a 10/10 and would love to stay there again.

Great property

The location of this property is amazing. I am from Nebraska and two families stayed here. The pool was great for the kids and adults even though it was late fall. The pool heater worked great but the charge to heat is expensive and once you inquire cannot be undone once you have the invoice. Check in and out was very easy. The trash was almost full when we checked in but wasn’t too big of a deal. The private drive was so nice. This is all being picky. I want to emphasize that the area is great, the house was quiet and amazing, and it is simply just a beautiful property. If you are looking to spend some time in LA and really want a place to come back to and have dinner or just relax after a long day this is it!

Excellent

House was exactly as advertised. A beautiful quiet neighborhood that is in easy walking distance to museum row and the tar pits. Immaculately clean. The pool heating is recommended as the air was chilly at nights and morning and the pool was in shade for us (mid October).

Excellent location & spacious house for large group

As a group of 10 (2 families) the property was perfect in terms of size & location. 20 minute walk to the grove and central for all tourist Very spacious and comfortable. As we had a number of girls ( with long hair ) more towels would have been appreciated and mirrors in all bedrooms. Other than that absolutely great!

Graduation Trip

My family stayed at the property for my daughter’s college graduation. The property was beautiful. My only issue was receiving several text messages about noise throughout our stay. The noise was coming from another property and somehow I kept receiving text. Overall the stay the good and my family and I enjoyed the property.

Amazing house, bad vibes

The property is amazing and clean. It looks even better than the pictures. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were tastefully furnished. There is an ample backyard with a large deck and patio too. The big catch are the neighbors. The crazy noise restrictions from the property manager are understandably put in place to appease the neighbors. However, they are wicked unreasonable people. I was in the front yard and accidentally overheard a conversation they were having. Verbatim: The second I hear a PEEP from this house after 10 PM, I text the house owner. It feels like you are being constantly watched by vindictive neighbors. It dampened our overall experience
