Muy bonito lugar
Todo bien a excepción de un bichito por ahí. Faltan blancos (sábanas extra ) para los futones q son utilizados como camas, tuvimos que utilizar las toallas. Actualicen costos de servicio. No hay comedor, pero usamos la mesita de la terraza, eso era suficiente. Supermercado y comida rápida de fácil llegar a pie, ya q todo es extremadamente caro, mejor cocinado, hay lo necesario. Agua potable y hielo todo el tiempo, eso se agradece. Dos buenas albercas, no es necesario ir a la playa. Volveria de nuevo.

Basic accommodation in good location.
Great location is an easy walk to the marina. The facility is pretty basic. No hot tub. No restaurant. A bit of a walk to the beach.

Nice remodel
This condo was nicely remodeled with up to date appliances. It is easily accessible to walking to the marina for shopping and restaurants. Resort staff is so helpful and the grounds are beautifully kept. Only 2 issues: 1) the AC unit in the bedroom would not work because it blew a fuse every time it was turned on. Workman on site said it is probably on the same fuse as the one in the living room. Needs to be fixed 2) It does have a balcony but no water view. View is of the parking lot and city..

Perfect
Perfect for what we looked for. We got in early; Thank goodness because we had groceries so thank you for that!! Our 2 year old was able to nap perfectly in the den/bedroom and sleep in the bathroom in her porta crib. Great kitchen, just be aware it won’t have every single thing you may need for cooking there, like any oven supplies for roasting and there was no paper towels. But it worked great for our 3 day stay!

Condo is a great place to sleep but not really a hang out. Kind of dark inside, and back patio faces parking lot and tennis court. Not a big deal cause Terrasol complex has so many beautiful views at their pools and beach. Only a 10 minute walk to the marina and downtown is another 10 minutes. The bed is comfortable.Having the washer dryer instructions mor vlesr would be helpful. Wi fi is good, kitchen stocked well.

Place was great size, great location. Appeared clean, but there was a water bottle behind one end table, and places underneath or behind things that weren't clean. Knows hanging on door not secure. Good place just needs a little work

Recommend anyone that is booked longet than 5 days the condo should provide more than 2 trash bags. The washer/dryer should have instructions writting in English. The directions should bebetter than just saying tell them Tereosal resort marina. 2 different places.

The place was ok, not much of a view, had a bucket next to the washer and dryer to catch the water leaking from the ceiling. Great location to walk to the marina and a little walk down to the beach & pools.

Apt Needs Deep Cleaning
Floors filthy dirty with sand. Cabinets dirty and sticky as well as broken. Bed Sheets had blood stains - towels filthy with food stains. Towels and sheets had to be cleaned with detergent we bought. Dead cockroaches found on the floor in the bathroom and other places through the apt. Truly disgusting. Apartment super dark and dreary - needs some lights with bulbs other then “blue” fluorescent light that don’t illuminate . Even in the dark you can feel and see the dirt. No upkeep. Love resort and location. Try to stay at another unit at this complex.

Disappointing
A bit of an over promise in the description and pictures. Sliding glass door did not lock on arrival. Very minimal supplies. No ocean view and view is that of parking lots - sitting on patio all you can hear is a loud industrial fan. Many things are dirty and broken. The most disturbing was the cockroaches we discovered at night - one was on my cell phone when I went to grab it. I will say it is a great location - easy walk to the marina and restaurants. The resort fee is an added cost and I'm not sure what it is for. John was very responsive to emails and did have things taken care of, but it was just unfortunate we had so many challenges when all we really needed a relaxing vacation.

One bedroom condo close to the beach and marina
Great communication with the owner, easy checking, friendly staff, condo was clean and well equipped. Close to resturants, shopping and the marina. The condo complex is on the beach and even though our condo did not have a ocean view it was a short walk through the complex to the pool and the beach. We will stay here again on our next trip to Cabo.

Excellent Condo - Marina area
Condo location very close to Marina which was convenient for us as my husband was scuba diving while we were there. Condo property and location was very quiet so might not be the best if you are looking for a full service property or action. We were so impressed of the cleanliness of the overall property. Gardeners were constantly raking or sweeping the sand to clean up leaves or fallen flowers. Property has two pools, the largest one right on the waterfront and rarely used! The 2nd pool had a swim up bar and the restaurant which had great food. Our condo, no. 103 was at the top of the property and our view was a parking lot and the tennis court but we didn't care as the price was right! Condo itself was immaculate and had everything you needed if you wanted to stay in to cook, etc. but we were on vacation so ate out. Condo also had filtered water at the kitchen sink and also from the refrigerator door dispenser. Bedroom was small, but had a very comfortable queen size bed. Large size bathroom and also decent living area. We were very pleased in the condo, location and the cleanliness of the property. Everything was spotless.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. We were both pleasantly surprised with the work ethic and friendliness of the staff, everyone from Management to groundskeepers. They were all very anxious to accommodate us with anything that we needed or suggested. They property was beautifully kept up at all times of the day. Our Condo was just exactly what we hoping for. It was almost always quiet and serene. It had everything that we needed - especially a washer/dryer in the Condo itself. We also loved that we could shop for groceries nearby and bring them back to the kitchen area. It was near the marina on one side, and the Ocean on the other. I just can't say enough about our stay. We will certainly be back again!!

Great location
It was so nice being close to the Marina and to so many restaurants and pubs. The apartment itself was perfect for the two of us. The downside was the closet door in the bedroom was broken, as was the lock for the patio door, which was a real bummer because we weren't able to leave our passports or money in the apartment safely and were forced to carry it on our persons the entire trip. Another point, the microwave either doesn't work or didn't have power going to it because neither my husband or I could get it to work. We were a bit disappointed that after communicating those items to John, we received no response. All in all, we would stay again after ensuring items needing to be fixed are completed.

Girls week in Cabo
We had such a good time in cabo! The property was just what we were looking for. It is close enough to walk to everything but far enough away to have a relaxing time at the villa. The pool was amazing and eight on the beach. The food and drinks at the pool were also extremely good! We loved our stay and would come back.

Working Holiday @ Terrasol
My partner and I stayed at no 103 Terrasol for 7 days in May. This was a working week for us and we found the WiFi to be very good for both our online video calls. Although the unit does not have a sea view, it was great value for money and overlooks the Marina, is close to Reception, the Pool and easy access to the Beach. The kitchen is modern with all the necessary appliances to prepare a home cooked meal. Over 100 restaurants are within walking distance with a grocery store about 500m from the resort - no car required. Overall a great experience that can be highly recommended.

Great location
Stay was great. Wonderful location close to everything. Wish there were English instructions on the Washer/Dryer. We washed the first couple loads several times before we figured it out. LOL We bought a folding card table to work on while we were there and left it for others if needed.. We would suggest a guest book we always love seeing other visitors comments and what thye did fior fun.

Terrasol 103
We stayed at "John's Entire Place" (AKA Terrasol/Pelicano 103) from mid Jan through the end of Feb. 2020. It was the lowest cost unit available in Terrasol at the time we made reservations and for the price was an excellent choice for us. There were some minor cleaning and maintenance issues that I brought to John's attention and he was quick to respond. We knew the unit did not have an ocean view (other than a "peek-a-boo" view of Medano Beach) but that it did have a view of the city and city lights at nights. There are two pools and ocean views from both so that for the lack of ocean view at the unit. The view of the city lights at night was very nice. The unit was newly renovated and had quality appliances that functioned very well for us during our stay. The utensils/plates etc. were adequate for the two of us and we did a lot of cooking in the unit. We purchased a small BBQ and used it a lot while we were at #103. We left it and a supply of charcoal/starter/etc. for the next folks. All in all a good stay.
