"Absolutely wonderful stay. We were two families (with two 13yos and two 10yos) and had a wonderful time swimming in the ocean and in the pool, walking on the beach, playing volleyball and horseshoe, and watching the whales and birds. Leo and Gaby were wonderful, very responsive and caring and the dinners were amazing!"

"My family of 11, including 4 children ages 9 months to 10 years, just spent 10 days at this property. The house has so much to recommend it, as well as a few issues that are hopefully being fixed. First, the positives! The location is incredible. Just a short walk to the beach in front or a short drive to the public beach in La Ribera. "The house is perfect for a relaxing week on the beach. Plenty of sun and sand. It was beautiful to watch the whales from the privacy of your livingroom and the sun rises from the patio was picture perfect. My kids enjoyed looking for creatures in the rocks during low tide and feeding the donkeys on the dirt road. The only thing that I would change is book a longer stay."

"I would say a few things about this property. Firstly, it's not entirely right to say it's a Cabo Pulmo property. It's 13 km down the unpavd road from Cabo Pulmo.Additionally, while the property is a generous size and is located on a prominent hilltop overlooking the community, the house itself was not entirely clean, and the general feel and amenities within the house are dated and somewhat tired. It was a reasonably good experience, although we would not return."

"We rang in the new year at the Casa de las Sonrisas. I also turned 50 here. It was the best house and setting that we could have asked for!! It was perfect for our group of 9. The location was great – very secluded away from tourists and commotion. We had the best time. The hot tub and pool were amazing and well used by the group. The rooms were spacious and had very comfortable beds. Relaxing was so easy here. We were able to see whales from the balconies!!Being right on the beach was so fun....
