"The unit was beyond our expectations .. fully stocked with little notes about additional supplies, comfy beds and sheets, wonderful, comfortable decor, lots of room, lots of light, and simple instructions! :) Seascape is a must resort to stay and play! Beautiful views, trails, beach access, centrally located, easy walk to seacape village, and easy access to other beautiful locations!We will be back! :) Thank you!"

"Pictures don’t do justice to this lovely home. A spacious floor plan with a large kitchen, it is decorated with style and function in mind. Communication with the owner was excellent. She responded quickly and was very helpful."

The privacy that the 5 individual rooms offered was really nice each room was comfortable and well appointed.The proximity to the Boardwalk and the pier couldn't have been better. If you're planning a trip to Sant Cruz I would highly recommend staying at this location"

"We had an excellent time at the Ranch Almaden the video you see on YouTube does not do it justice. We had about 30 people attend our 10 year wedding anniversary and all of my guests felt they were at a far away luxury destination. We used the pool and Spa and all was great, we will be reserving this location again."

"Our family of 12 spent two weeks during the Christmas holidays in this home and we all enjoyed and loved every inch of this place. The rooms are comfortable. There is more than enough space for big groups to enjoy both together and apart. The adults and the kids alike loved the mini golf, pool tables and the fire pit. The arcade game was a hit. What a breathtaking view particularly on New Year’s Eve! We highly recommend this home."

"It was easy to rent and reasonably priced. Noisy at night for the couple who took the hide a bed in the living room because we guess storage for events are right underneath our unit and it kept them up for many hours late at night."

"We couldn’t have picked a more perfect place. It fit our group perfectly. Plenty of space to gather work and cook. 4 bathrooms made it easy for 4 ladies to get ready in the morning. The showers were good pressure and plenty of hot water, nice tile as well. The master bathroom is fabulous with a large modern soaking tub. The location is perfect too. Great neighborhood for a walk or run. Very safe. So close to the mall where we had several events to attend at Pinstripes, very good and Philz...
