"They gave me s room just in front of train station...I asked for a change and they said yes...and 3h later they said no...and the day after they didn't ask about the noise or how I sleep... I chosed double room king bed...and they put 2 individual bed together, really uncomfortable. It's a pity because ..."

"They gaves us 2 rooms, in 1 room the floor was incline and was very extrange , we ask but they tolds it was like this. Room was 212, and the other room the TV did not function. Restaurant was awesome"
