"My husband and I, along with our Aussies spent 3 days at this cabin surrounded by 300 acres, with hiking trails, ponds, and wild life, during late Oct. The views of the property were beautiful with all the Fall colors. If you have the energy, be sure to hike up the hill to the cow pasture. It is about 1 mile round trip. The views at the top are spectacular! The cabin was clean, with one nice size bedroom that had a queen bed. Another smaller room had bunk beds and also a washer dryer combo...

"The owners keep this place well stocked with stuff you might need. Bandaids! Bug spray! Tons of towels and wash rags. Dish soap. Paper towel. I even saw a spare phone charger and cord! We did this vs a hotel while visiting family in town. One night we hosted a bbq and cooked burgers and dogs. The grill, the picnic table, the comfy Adirondack chairs, and the extra folding chairs came in real handy that night. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking! "

"Joe’s place was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away from home. We stayed in one of the yurts for the first two nights and a cabin on the last night we were there. "This location is exactly as described in the listing. What the listing might not say is how quiet the space is! We were down to move mom into a senior living center and wanted a space that was peaceful after long days of driving and unpacking. Larry's location was just that. The apartment is nextdoor to another apartment, but we never heard a peep! We will definitely stay again when we come down to visit mom or on our way to WNC. "
