"This was a great place to stay for the weekend. The small town where the house is located is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We came for a concert at GEHA Stadium and it was worth the drive for the location and to have a furnished house with a yard. Anything comparable closer to the stadium would have been a lot more expensive. I would definitely rent again if I'm in the area."

"The kitchen was very well stocked with a blender, a mixer, coffee maker, a good amount of pots and pans. The dining room was large enough for a family sit down dinner And the living room had plenty of seating. The only recommendation is that the furniture be updated, Some of the dining room chairs had springs hanging down or arms that were not attached, The living room couch was fallen on the side of the recliner and the pullout couch in the living room was missing some springs and not usable...

"Check in was easy, but we received the code after check in time. The house wasnt the cleanest we have stayed at, the blinds in the bathroom were covered in dust, there was dried rice and food still on the table, something had spilled in the freezer and wasnt cleaned up. We stayed with 3 toddlers, it wasnt really a fit for young kids but we made it work. Also, we could only find 3 washcloths total for 7 people. It was alright to stay at for 2 nights, we werent at the house much."

"This is a well kept property conveniently located in a quiet area. It has a small town feel and is an easy drive to big city museums, restaurants, and entertainment. For our group, it was a perfect stay for a weekend game at Arrowhead Stadium. It also would be great place to stay for a family wirh children visiting Kansas City."

"We had 8 adults, 8 kids and an infant for our annual family get-away. The interior of the home was spotless with plenty of room for everyone including plenty of towels and linens. The yard and area around the fire pit and pool was in need of some TLC but the pool itself was fantastic! Vani was very easy to communicate with. The AC had trouble keeping up upstairs and the lower level was cold, but the temperature outside was in the upper 90’s-100 every day. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This home accommodated part of our large extended family when they came from out of state to visit us! The kids (big and small) practically lived in the pool and the sun room was nice for the adults to get out of the sun and heat while watching over the kids. Close to everything we wanted to do in KC! "The house was fine. Little dated for sure. Wish there were curtains on the bedroom windows instead of just blinds. Was very bright. Could have used hand towels in the bathroom instead of just wash rags. Would have liked soap or body wash for the shower instead of just shampoo. Decent neighborhood, but houses right on top of each other, no privacy sitting on back deck. Overall, was fine. "

"Linens were lacking. Not enough towels, blankets, sheets. Appreciate the Pike Place coffee pods. No shampoo just conditioner. Would have appreciated more places to put stuff in bedrooms. Only bedside night stand and had to put personal items on the floor. Would have appreciated knowing that one bedroom was bunk beds. Otherwise nice and clean."
