"Very clean, modern and cozy. The appliances, TV, linens, towels, bedding were in great condition. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, walkable to tourist sites and the Hundred Block area (some steep hills). There are steepish stairs to enter the property and to use the washer /dryer in the basement. The property manager was excellent, very responsive. I would definitely return. "

"The vrbo was great only downfall is the stairs gping upstairs and to the basement are very steep. So going to the bathroom in the middle of the nigjt was difficult. But the layout was great and we had every we needed"

"The house is very cute inside and nicely done. Very great communication and pretty clean. It should be noted that this property is not in the safest of areas. The outside of the property does not match the inside which is a little misleading. There is also a very strong old house smell to this poperty which is also something that should be noted if you are sensitive to smells. The neighbors were up partying outside till 2 am during our stay, which is something to note if you would be staying...

"This property was beautiful! Very clean. The only downside was the Tvs had no cable or available apps couldn't connect our phones either. Overall it was charming and the beds were the best! I would definitely stay again. I hope they get cable for the Tvs."

"The pool.is lovely! Even though it was cool, we enoyed pool-side events. Another plus for this property is sweet little kindnesses: cookies, plenty of ice, nice towels. Easy out, too! No extreme housekeeping duries. Thanks dor sharing your home. "

"Home was nice, very clean. Quiet area. All the extras you could want, towels, utensils, everything. Comfortable bed, clean newer linen. Main TV plus one in each bedroom. Would stay again without hesitation."
