This was a wonderful place to stay while attending a conference in Louisville. The location was great with the free parking in the neighboring parking deck. The apartment with the upstairs bedroom and shared patio space was bueno. Kudos to the owners for stocking the coffee maker with little things like coffee, flavorings, sugar, etc. Also the bullet smoothie machine was a wonderful addition. I couldnt get the fan above the bed to work and the shower is likely tight for anyone above 6ft or 250lbs. I would stay there again, the owners were kind and responsive and this beats an expensive hotel anyday that ends in "y".

Superb apartment in the perfect location

We spent four fantastic days within this apartment. It is ideally located downtown in Louisville and is walkable to most every major site. It also comes with very convenient parking that allows a person to have a car to be able to reach restaurants or sites that are a little bit further out. The apartment itself is gorgeous and comes with every amenity. I would highly recommend this to anybody spending time in Louisville

Nice place Very clean and communication was great Only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the spiral staircase to the bedroom was difficult to navigate with suitcases.

Great Short Louisville Visit

Good downtown area, location convenient for our plans. The loft was great and the uniqueness of the Henry Clay building added value. The property was clean and well maintained and as advertised. The only "issue" was don't plan to sleep late in the upstairs loft BR.... when the sun comes up with all those windows, you don't have a choice.

Perfect Downtown Louisville Spot

Such a nice place, and excellent location in downtown. The rooftop patio was excellent for some morning coffee and relaxation. We didn’t use the kitchen but it is very well stocked in terms of utensils and appliances. Absolutely loved our stay.

Quiet & Well Appointed

Beautiful, quiet penthouse. Well appointed kitchen, plenty of blankets & towels. Appreciated the complimentary bottled water. Washer/dryer was a great perk! Quick walk to convention center. Would recommend providing two keys/fobs - one could be kept in the apartment.

Girls Trip To See Kid Rock

Trisha was a great host and very responsive. The property was within walking distance of the Yum Center. Easy parking, clean condo, comfy beds. If we come back for a stay in Downtown Louisville we will definitely stay again.

Spring break getaway

We really enjoyed our time. We had a little trouble getting in but only had to do with challenges with the hotel next door. Great location to get around and so easy to navigate the city, even when we drove. I would highly recommend this place!

Perfect Spot

We were in town for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. The property was clean, quiet, well appointed, was decorated nicely, and felt very comfortable. The free parking was extremely convenient. One thing to note: the primary sleeping space and bathroom with the shower are in a loft space and you need to climb the circular staircase to get to them. Not an issue for us but it could be for anyone with balance issues. staircase

Louisville loft

Travelled to KY for business. I loved everything about the stay. Only one reason that I didn’t rate my stay as excellent. There is a sliding glass door in the bedroom that goes outside to the shared rooftop patio and it has a broken lock. I did not mention it to the owner during our stay as I was not super uncomfortable about it. It was myself and my brother who is a military veteran. After the stay I did mention it to the property owner and they said it would be addressed asap.The owner was great through the whole process, giving us clear instructions and providing a nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great winter stay

Just book this one!

Everything about our stay in Louisville was amazing. Our accommodations helped to make the vacation we planned to be far less stressful because of all that this penthouse offered us. The only little problem is that this may not be the best for toddlers. Otherwise, our family of three adults had a spectacular stay.

Charming and Convenient Loft with Outstanding Hospitality

I had a wonderful stay at Trisha’s VRBO loft! The space was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in the decor added a unique charm—there were little gems of fun decor throughout that made it feel warm and welcoming. Communication with Trisha was incredibly easy and quick; she was attentive and went above and beyond by getting a specific soap for me, which I greatly appreciated. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we wanted to explore, making it both convenient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this loft for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well-located place to stay!

Great Bourbon Trail Stay!

Great location near everything downtown. Spent each morning on the rooftop with coffee - amazing. The space was clean, building was easy to get to. Would stay here again!

Perfect!

We truly enjoyed our stay, it was within walking distance of many restaurants and a short Lyft ride to Churchill Downs. The Penthouse was very clean and the beds very comfy. We will come back! The Host was prompt to answer any questions and check-in was a breeze!

Perfect for a fun girls weekend

We highly recommend staying here! We loved the proximity to so many things in downtown Louisville. We were able to leave our car conveniently parked in the attached parking garage and walk everywhere we wanted to go. We also appreciated the safety features and quietness of the building. The rooftop patio was quite enjoyable. This place has it all! We look forward to returning the next time we want to stay in Louisville!

Great condo in great location!

Could not have asked for a better location - close enough to walk pretty much anywhere downtown, but far enough from 4th Street Live to be nice and quiet. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Loved the nice TV’s in living room and bedroom. Trisha was very responsive and very easy to work with.
