Although the posting indicated 2 bedrooms, there are actually 3 bedrooms. The interior of the house was very nicely updated and the host provided all the necessities.

Wonderful Property
We stayed over the Christmas Holidays. It was a perfect place to celebrate with my two daughters and Mother. The property was clean and exactly as described. Ot was furnished with everything we needed for our stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood but with access to everything you need. We will definitely be back as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Tatyana for allowing us to stay in your beautiful and cozy property.

Great access to front range
Many time visitors to RMNP we stay at lower elevations. Tatyana’s property is at the western edge of Loveland and close to US 34. Three comfy bedrooms with newer kitchen. Overall a great place to bed down in Loveland. This is not a resort property, but it’s represented very accurately. Tatyana is the host and is very accessible.

A cozy get away
Just me and my animals needing a place to relax and feel safe. I sold my house and wanted a place to land for a little while while I find a king-term rental. It is clean and secure, and Tattyana was a wonderful host. The back area was a nice place to sit and let my dogs relax in the sunshine.

Great location
The house was very cozy. Was very well supplied with the items needed for cooking, etc. Could of used some sort of lighting outside patio door. Not enough shade outside patio door would of been nice to have a patio table with an umbrella and chairs that are not cloth. Host was very nice and accommodating and making sure we had what we needed. Will use this property again.

Loveland
Overall, our stay went well. The house was well decorated and very comfortable. Our host was gracious and very attentive. There were a few small problems. There was no propane for the grill. Also, there is a business and a small apartment attached to the house that I didn't know about going in but they presented no real problem. The back yard is under construction and will be very nice when finished.

Morning walks with the bunnies
My granddaughter and I, along with her two dogs, enjoyed a comfortable, peaceful time at Tatyana's place. We were able to take advantage of everything Denver and NoCo have to offer and retreat for the night to our little haven in Loveland. I especially enjoyed morning walks with the pups in our neighborhood away from home. The dogs loved spotting the local bunnies, who seemed totally unworried by the two leashed Aussies. The home is clean, convenient, and exactly as described.

Not a private residence or yard
I expected this home to be a single family home, however it is attached to a store and another living quarters. The backyard is shared, completely disheveled, and mostly concrete. While the house is nice and property owner nice as can be, it is definitely not what I expected. I wouldn’t have rented had I known this was a shared residence and yard.
