"Condo has been nicely updated. However only on space per condo for parking and they are not marked. We came home early New Years Eve and all spots were taken. Luckily we knew others on island and could park at their house and walk but was definitely an inconvenience. Their are 4 condors and room for 5 cars- all were taken "

"We had a great stay at this condo. Very clean property. Fantastic gulf view. Owner Mike was responsive to our questions. The condo itself was perfect for us. Well stocked and very clean. The heated pool was great! Easy check in and check out. We would book this again!"

"Overall the stay was pretty good. It wasn't the cleanest place, but nothing was extraordinarily dirty. The pool did start getting a bit gross by the end of the stay. There was also a stop construction immediately sign on the house that was a bit sketchy. We had two issues during our stay. One was taken care of immediately and the other was pushed aside and ignored. The hosts were generally responsive apart from that one issue."
