"We had the best time! Susan is such a fantastic host. We had our wedding there and it was perfect from start to finish. She was very accommodating and helpful. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms were modern and spotless. Hot tubs were a hit as well! Thanks for everything! A week we will remember forever!"

"Had a great stay in Arbroath. Property was perfect for our party of 6 , very clean and well equipped and close to Carnoustie GC where we were all week. Some great pubs nearby for eating out too. "My family come from Carnoustie area so know it well. We came up from Manchester for a break and a special family gathering . Friends came too who never visited before and they were over the moon with the house and surrounding areas . The Beach BoatHouse made the trip just that little bit more special. Highly recommended."

"We had a great long weekend in Oct/Nov. The village is fantastic with a traditional butcher, farm shop and amazing cafe, all on a lovely high street. A wonderful park across the road which the dog loved. Lots of amazing walks nearby. The flat was cosy and there were some lovely treats on arrival. Great for dog owners too. "

"Super stay with truly amazing views. Whilst a steep walk down to the beach and back from the property it was well worth the effort as a fantastic beach. The fact that we had the beach all to ourselves on the first day was an added bonus. Great walks from the property. Property was very well equipped and Gary a lovely welcoming host. The only reasons for the 4 rating rather than 5 on a couple of the sections was simply due to the limited space in the kitchen / dining area and that you had go...

"We had already expected a lot from the advertisement. But seeing the house was overwhelming. We spent an unforgettable week as a group of seven friends in a luxurious house in a beautiful setting.the only regret was that we were not able to take full advantage of the many facilities offered by the estate, such as the walled garden."

"We stayed here for my sisters 50th and loved every minute of it. The view from the garden was out of this world, it made the break. The cottage was cosy and whilst some of the decor wasn’t perfect the description was accurate and as described. We will be back, the view was outstanding and lovely wee pubs in walking distance too. "Loved everything about this property. The house is beautiful and so clean. Amanda had left milk, snacks and the house has some basics to use which is great. The robes, slippers and bathroom products are lovely. Wished we'd stayed longer to enjoy everything about this house."

"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"We loved our stay at the wonderful cottage directly by the sea. We found it perfect at any weather. If it's sunny, enjoy the gorgeous view from the garden with the patio and if it's cold and rainy, huddle up in the livigroom by by the fire. It's wonderful to wake up, open the (really thick) curtains and see the ocean! Claire is the perfect host. Always available via chat if there's a question and lightning-fast with her replies. Johnshaven is a short dog-walk away with its pretty small harbour...

"Wow! Where to start..? What a stunning place to stay! I wish we had stayed longer! The welcome was lovely our room was amazing! Absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was so good, typically Scottish & a real treat! We went to the sea at Lunan Bay which is literally a 5min drive past the property - this area was gorgeous. Huge sand dunes but a beautiful stretch of beach, peaceful and calm. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended. Thank you for looking after us so well. "
