My first review ever and it is excellent all around!!!
This is an incredibly beautiful place to stay. It is meticulously clean and charmingly decorated. Everything you could want is included in the kitchen and bath. The bed is really comfortable, good blinds darken the room for sleeping, and it includes places to put your suitcases out of sight. Pam is so warm and friendly. I just can't say enough good things!! Can't wait to visit again. Jennifer

Clean, cozy and convenient cottage
Pam and David were excellent hosts. Their cottage seems brand new. Very clean, well appointed and easily walkable to downtown Mahone Bay. We absolutely loved are stay there and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Wonderful!
What a beautiful property. Everything is as you see it in the photos or better. We loved the decor and the coastal vibe. Loved the walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. We would happily return if in the area.

Great First trip to Canada
Beautiful little home, well equipped, close to town and friendly people. The owners Dave and Pam are there to meet your needs. Everything combined made this a great getaway. I loved the little house so much I’ve ask my husband to build us one in Va. Thank you Pam and Dave!!!

Perfect Location for Stay in Mahone Bay Area
We were visiting the southwest part of Nova Scotia for 4 days and found Mahone Bay to be the perfect spot, and this home was perfect for our needs! It was new, neat, clean, nicely furnished and bright. We stayed her for three nights and felt super comfortable - would have loved to stay longer. Pam was very responsive when we had a small issue, and we found getting in and out to be very easy. The location of the unit was perfect. Easy to walk to restaurants, stores, waterfront etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Pretty suite in a pretty town
This beautifully decorated suite ‘screams’ …maybe whispers is more appropriate …serenity and comfort. The white on white with hits of seafoam teal and an amazing wealth of maritime bric-a-brac are perfect for a total immersion to the seaside. A. Very comfy bed made the stay just that much better. The flower baskets were gorgeous and well tended. The entire place was a feast for the senses!

Clean,Comfortable and Quiet
Well situated to the Main Street of sleepy Mahone Bay. Convenient to visit Lunenburg and Peggy’s Cove. Be sure to check opening hours of restaurants etc. You’re not in the big city! Very quiet and private. Very clean. All amenities you might need. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend.

Perfection
We stayed for 2 nights in this immaculate and gorgeous coastal themed cottage. Everything about it was perfect and as pictured. Don’t know how they keep it so pristine! Great location. Quiet. We were easily able to walk into town. Great hosts! We really couldn’t have asked for more and we have stayed in lots of VRBOs around the world. ❤️

Mahone Bay ....amazing property!
Wow....We spent 2 nights at this cottage and it was BEAUTIFUL! Location was perfect, amenities perfect....and even made friends with some neighbors. We had a fantastic visit, and the proximity to Lunenburg and the Stoves park was an added plus. We highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting the area!

Beautiful Retreat
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful little cottage. Easy walking distance to quaint village. Very nicely decorated and everything was spotlessly clean. So quiet and peaceful. Washing machine and dryer are a bonus, especially if you’re on a longer trip as we were. Pam gave us some great tips. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Place
We had a wonderful stay at the Mahone Bay Hideaway. It was beautifully decorated , very clean , and well appointed. We enjoyed the nature trails nearby, with short day trips to Chester one day & Lunenburg the next , while spending all additional time to tour beautiful Mahone Bay. Would love to return soon! A Lovely Cottage in Mahone Bay
#2 Cottage was a fabulous place for me to stay during my 3 nights in Mahone Bay. It was equipped with everything I needed in the kitchen, the decor is bright, modern and lovely and everything was immaculately clean. Its location away from the main street meant that it was quiet and yet it's only a few blocks from shops, groceries, etc. Pam answered my calls promptly when I needed to phone her and was always cheerful and helpful. The only glitch was around how to check-in and that was the result of a text or email from her that failed to send. It all worked out without much difficulty and my stay was terrific.

Fantastic stay!
Mahone Bay was a delight to stay in as well as a great place to do day trips from. The little community felt very safe and quaint with all of the amenities you would need including fantastic restaurants and bakeries! The cottage was clean, modern, cute with beachy east coast decor. Pam was lovely and super helpful. We will definitely return!! Thank you for sharing your space with us !
