"Excellent communication from the owner, Julie and the property manager. Our family (newborn to adults) stayed at this property while in town for a wedding at Rousby Hall. "We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. "I booked this house for the property, the backyard, the dock, and it didn't disappoint. It's also about 20 mins from the main town (Cambridge) which was exactly what we wanted - a break from crowds and the bustle. We had such a relaxing few days just reading, fishing from the dock, and kayaking. We were four people, but this would easily fit two families. A wonderful stay overall."
