"The house was so clean and cozy and had everything we could want: comfortable beds, lots of pillows and blankets, soft & fluffy bath towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and lots of room to spread out. We felt safe with the security system and keypad locks and appreciated having the garage to park our car overnight. The host was very good at communicating with us and providing all the info we would need for our stay. We hope to stay again when we are back in town. "

"The cottage was just as described and we enjoyed our stay very much. We loved that the launch was minutes away and we could tether the boat right outside our door. "We certainly enjoyed our stay. The views and the bird watching off the back deck are certainly entertaining. We were even lucky enough to see an alligator one morning. I wish we hadn't been so busy with football in Baton Rouge, so we could have enjoyed the property even more. A return visit is a must! The town of Vacherie is so precious. We met lots of great people, especially at DJ's Grill (we went there twice). Thank you for letting us stay at your unique home."

"the home was everything i needed it to be and more. very spacious driveway for my friends and i cars to fit. the home itself was very clean and smelled amazing at first entry. i’ve never stayed in a rental that was so nice and also big thanks for allowing us to book so last minute! the owner gave me absolutely no issues whatsoever and the neighbors were very sweet people. I would book this house a million times more !"
