"It was our 2nd stay & we just love this cabin. It is a perfect mix of rustic with just the right amount of updates to really be "rustic luxury." Beds are comfortable & cabin is clean. You can not beat the location! 30 feet from lake superior! Views are amazing! Close to lutsen for skiing, and close to cascade falls for hiking. You don't want to miss this one!"

"We had a great winter weekend at the cabin! The cabin was warmed up for us when we got there on a cold night, and was cozy and beautiful throughout our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware we needed, and the fireplace was easy to use and perfect to relax by while listening to the lake. Very convenient location to lots of great cross country skiing. "

"The property was exactly what we needed for a weekend away. It is nice and private. Kitchen is adequately stocked with tools needed for cooking. The bed was comfy. The fireplace added a nice touch. The shower was warm :). We were very happy with our stay. The only thing to note is the driveway could be a challenge in a non four wheel vehicle in the winter. "Our family of 5 spent 4 nights at Stoney Shores. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen, dining and living room, where we spent all of our time together either making food, watching movies, cuddling by the fire or working on hobbies on the large butcher block counter. We ventured down to the water and outside at night to watch for shooting stars. All communications were quickly replied to and always helpful. The location was nice to be near many state parks as well. We hope to be back some day!"
