"Family of four adults stayed four nights as a home base for exploring much of Puerto Rico. Easy to drive to wherever we needed to go. Property functioned as advertised, and we used all three bedrooms without an issue. Really liked the roof deck. In-unit laundry was very helpful. Gated community was large but quiet when we were there in May. Communication with host was easy and she was responsive when we had questions. Would stay there again."

"We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful condo. The pool was a short walk and the beach just beyond that. It was quiet and peaceful.We all enjoyed the rooftop deck with the hammock and beautiful breezes. Plenty of room for our family of four and a great jumping off spot to enjoy nearby activities within a 30-60 minute drive like San Juan, jet skiing, rain forest, beautiful beaches, restaurants, and more. The ocean view from both the living room and bedroom was absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of the waves was a refreshing start to each day. "This was the perfect location for our week in Puerto Rico! Located just across the street from Seven Seas Beach, this clean and beautiful condo was easy walking distance to the ocean and several restaurants, plus it was an easy drive to Old San Juan, Luquillo and El Yunque National Forest. Plus, most evenings we could watch the sunset from the rooftop patio. Wonderful! "

"Great accommodations for a group of seven adults. Four very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The two golf carts are a must to move around the neighborhood. Great places to eat within Rio Mar as well as short driving distance. Our vacation was more of a stay and relax, but there are also plenty of activities."
