"We had a wonderful stay. Marilyn provided everything we needed and promptly communicated before and during our stay. The property location in Luquillo is great. A short easy drive to El Yunque and Farjardo areas, and a 40min drive to San Juan. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The beach at the property is beautiful. "We had a fantastic experience with our stay. The host was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. We had a hard time finding the building because the signs had been taken off in the hurricanes, but once there, check in and check it was a breeze. It is a great condo a short walk from the beach. "This unit is all it says and everything you need. Just a few steps from a quiet beach with calm water. It clean and has a large patio with your own grill.comes with two parking spaces and gated entry. The host is great and we were met there by Berto who showed us around and how everything works. That was a first. It was the fifth time we have stayed in Luquillo and definitely the best unit. Will return next year."

"This place was beautifully decorated, very clean, perfectly supplied, and close to so many fun things to do. The communication with the owner was always timely and we immensely enjoyed our stay! "We really appreciated how easy and quick it was to communicate with the host. It was clean and felt safe. With a family of 6 we were happy to have beach toys and beach chairs. There was shampoo and conditioner and basic kitchen essentials and plenty of towels, and having a washer dryer was so helpful. The security gate people were always friendly and helpful. This was a great stay we highly recommend it. The beach is at the far end of the complex and that was a big bonus."

"This was a great property. It was clean and Carmen made sure we felt welcome. The pools were great and the kids played in them everyday. Carmen even had a basketball so we could play on the courts. The condo is very well stocked, she even had sandwich bags, a cooler and chairs to take on our many beach outings. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, beach toys and anything else you could think of. "This condo was the perfect location for us to use as a home base while we explored the eastern side of Puerto Rico! It is right next to the marina which offers multiple snorkeling tour opportunities. Also a short dive to the rainforest as well as the ferry boat to Culebra!The condo itself was clean and exactly as advertised. The beach towels and in-unit washer/dryer were a huge bonus (we used them every day!Rebecca was a great host and communication exceeded our expectations!"

"First of all - this place is stunning. The view of the ocean with the islands in the distance is one of the best views I have had anywhere, rivaling Hawaii and the Amalfi Coast.The villa is spacious, clean and had everything we needed.Maria is the best host - even bringing us a pair of lanterns when Puerto Rico's energy grid had one of its many outages.We recommend this property and host whole heartedly."
