"We liked the location. Right in the middle of a lot of things to do, places to eat and shop. The only thing that we had a hard time with was at check-in. The email did not go threw and they finally after 3 calls sent the parking code by text. If that would have been done right away with the room information it would have been stress free."

"I met up with two friends to enjoy a beach trip, and the location cannot be beat! A few steps from the beach, plenty of supplies, a few blocks from the commercial district with restaurants and shops. Bob was attentive and helpful as a host. We had a great stay and slept well in the beds! As an adult I slept on one of the bunk beds and it was very comfortable!"

"The complex is just recovering from the hurricane. The week we were there , they were over 20 workers repairing all the damage. By the time we left, it was such an improvement. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing and eye unit the bathroom could have an upgrade. The unit had all the amenities we needed it. Looks like most of the furniture was brand new. First floor unit, beautiful view of the beach, which was steps away. "

"Great place to stay, the only thing was you have to coordinate with Sun Beach rentals to pick up the keys, but it’s right across the street. Super clean place with a very comfortable bed! We stayed during hurricane Helene unfortunately, but the host was so great to work with and is allowing us to come back a few nights to back up for what we lost!"

"Great location surrounded by local restaurants, shopping, and bars, amazing view from the balcony. Excellent layout, kitchen spacious. They need to deep clean this place, specially the bathroom. The drainage of the bathtub was running slow. The towels were stains and there was one missing. We couldn’t find a broom and a mop. The internet was spotty and weak and poor reception in living room, difficult to stream from the bedroom. Overall great place! We could stay again."

"Penthouse provides panoramic views of the inlet, neighborhood and beach. Property is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and of course the beach. Condo is clean, well-cared for and Jim is very helpful with contact and local info. Only complaint was the weather, not Jim's fault of course, the sunshine state wasn't very sunny during our stay. We WILL be back again and would recommend this unit to anyone."
