Clean, Comfortable, and Safe
This is a really nice, very clean and comfortable home, in a quiet neighborhood that felt completely safe. Luke (homeowner) was quick to respond to all of my questions before and during, and even responded with a phone call when I had a question that required a quick answer. Plenty of comfy spaces both inside and out and a big enough home layout to allow some to go to bed while others stayed up to talk or watch the big-screen television. Just one bathroom, but plenty of hot water (even with 4 adults and 3 little ones), and lots of closet space. We used the Queen inflatable mattress, which was the "high rise" kind with a built-in pump and VERY comfortable. All of the appliances are new and very clean, and the basement includes washer/dryer, hanging rack, iron and ironing board. (We didn't use the washer/dryer, but the iron was important after travelling.) Plenty of dishware, utensils, and other "kitchen stuff". We were in Madison for a wedding and drove multiple places including restaurants downtown, Lake Mendota, and University of Wisconsin, all easy to get to within about 15-20 minutes at most. We would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable home in a nice location
We stayed at the house with our two young kids and were very happy with our visit. The house had everything we needed and the location was great for us - walking distance to a nice park and within a five minute drive to restaurants, coffee shops etc. It was also convenient to get to the Capital area. Would recommend!

Couldn’t Be Better!
We loved our stay! Modern kitchen with quaint breakfast nook, comfortable beds, master bedroom with walk in closet, modern bathroom, screened porch and beautiful private fenced in backyard. Had everything you could possibly need and then some. Plenty of towels, household supplies, linens, pillows, blankets, and laundry baskets. Large smart TV in living room. Finally a very large and clean paved basement with a washer and dryer with all the laundry supplies you can need. Our stay was A+

I selected this home as a place for my brothers and I (and niece and nephew) to meet up for the first time since the pandemic separated us. They are in Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa and I was visiting from NYC. We wanted a place to relax and reconnect and this house was perfect. Thank you!

Newly remodeled house, very clean. We liked a few nearby restaurants: Misqui, Buck & Honey’s, and Michaels (frozen custard). Visited the beautiful State Capital and the Olbrich Botanical Gardens.

Would stay here again!
We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and wanted a place to stay that was near her house and where we could hang out in between activities. This home fit the bill perfectly! The house was well stocked, comfortable, and in a nice walkable neighborhood. Our only complaint was that the bed in the front room was too firm and could use a mattress topper…easy to remedy!

Our stay was great. The home is completely updated, spotless and had everything we needed. We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of room for everyone with using the air mattress provided and the couch. Such a nicely decorated and welcoming house!

Visiting for UW Madison graduation.
The property is fantastic, the house is away from the street and the back garden is large. There is an enclosed back porch that met our needs. The property is quiet. The house "feels" large, the lighting is excellent, and furniture was comfortable which was really nice. There are three different areas to relax (the living room, the kitchen and the family room). We really ejoyed the space. The bedrooms were good size the beds and bedding were very comfortable. I did a fair bit of cooking in the kitchen, it is well equipped with great knives, cookerie, the stove and oven are excellent and there are plenty of plates, etc. It is a great place to stay.

Great yard and adorable house. Wish supplied some of basics (soap in shower, garbage bags for kitchen) and main living room with tv (by back door) is very cold even with heat at 70..wondering if not insulated , but otherwise great.
