Beautiful Apartment in Fantastic Location
We were so impressed with our stay here. The apartment was thoughtfully prepared and the layout of two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for our stay. The kitchen also had everything we needed to make dinner and drinks. The location is perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. We cannot wait until our next trip to Madrid so we can stay here again!

Amazing host and place
Right in the center of action - on the plaza mayor. We could walk to almost everything. Food, monuments, historical buildings. And the apartment was very artsy and a thoroughly enjoyable place to stay. And the thoughtfulness of the host was incredible. We would recommend this highly if you want to spend time in Madrid.

A wonderful and comfortable stay - first time in Madrid
My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated and we felt at home. Location was awesome. We were able to walk everywhere like Royal palace, Prado museum, etc. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had and gave us detailed explanations. When we first got there, we were given a tour of the apartment. The fridge was stocked with drinks and they had a tray of teas & biscuits. They even gifted us a bottle of wine and box of candy. We loved the apartment and would stay there again and would recommend.

Wonderful stay
Apartment is lovely. More importantly, Adrian and Miguel go above and beyond to add special touches and help you. We couldn’t get online tickets to Toledo so Miguel helped on the phone so we knew the train was sold out. A taxi and bus it was! Coffee, wine, beer, cookies, fruit given to us to make the trip easier. Baths have everything you need. They’ve thought of it all. Location convenient to everything. The tiny elevator was fun. Perfect for 3 of us. Would be fine for 4 adults but more than that would be tight.

Christmas in Madrid
The apartments is in an amazing location and has all of the accommodations and more a family could want or need. Madrid is light up for Christmas and the apartment is in the center of the excitement! The hosts were incredibly helpful in preparing for the visit and during the stay by text. We will definitely stay here again when we plan our next visit to Madrid!

Wonderful apartment in heart of Madrid
We spent a weekend in Madrid and loved the location of this apartment. It was so easy to walk to nearby sites and restaurants. Miguel was a great host, greeting us upon arrival and sharing a lot of information to make our stay easier. He had also provided information earlier on train travel from Malaga, how to reach the apartment, and sites to visit in Madrid. The apartment met all of our needs, was modern and clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Wonderful hosts. Attentive and helpful! Apartment was very comfortable with wonderful decor. Comfortable beds and great showers. One small noise issue from another apartment was handled immediately. The location couldn’t be better. Just steps from Plaza Mayor. We are so pleased we were able to stay at this apartment and hope to return.

Great Place to Stay in Madrid!
A wonderful place to spend our Madrid holiday! The hosts were very thoughtful and welcoming and gave us advice for scenic walks and food suggestions. The apartment was very well stocked and meticulously clean. The location of the apartment is ideal and is close to most sites (or a metro stop away). We very much enjoyed our stay here and will hope to return at some time in the future!

Brilliant Location, wonderful stay
The location was amazing for us as first time visitors to Madrid. The apartment is right in Plaza Mayor. Sol is down the street, Opera plaza is down another street. So many restaurant choices, shopping and right in the edge of Old Town. The apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was very comfortable and well provisioned. There is pretty much everything you need for a fun city trip. The art and furnishings were beautiful and comfortable and unique, The hosts were very nice to work with. Always quick to respond to any question and provided a lot of suggestions. Miguel met me at the apartment and showed me how everything worked. They stocked the apartment with wonderful provisions. They checked with us a couple times to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I thought the value of the unit was high. Comparable to or cheaper than a standard mid level hotel room but so much nicer. I found this an authentic comfortable apartment unit in an impeccable location, with wonderful hosts. I am glad I chose this property.

Perfect Location...
We loved our stay in this beautiful Sol, Madrid flat! This apartment is located close to the Plaza Mayor and within walking distance of all the major Madrid sights. It is a perfect oasis away from all of the bustling activity on the street just a few levels below. Miguel and Adrian were gracious hosts who were readily available and gave us great ideas for restaurants and sights. The apartment is beautifully curated blending old with new, just as the photos indicate, and we were spoiled with snacks and beverages to make our stay more comfortable. We highly recommend staying in this original Madrid sitio.

The apartment, location, communication with hosts, and attention to detail are beyond what I even expected. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable and welcoming. The location is within walking distance of the palace, museums, parks, puerto del sol, and many wonderful restaurants and shops. The hosts provide many details to improve your visit. They are gracious and genuinely care about your stay. They have wonderful recommendations and lots of helpful information in the apartment. We loved staying so close to everything and felt very safe and confortable. Stay here if you can. It’s fabulous.

We loved this rental. It was super clean, and had every amenity that we could think of. The hosts provided lots of helpful information and were very responsive. Excellent property/location
We stayed for (7) nights and can not say enough about this apartment. We were so comfortable staying here. We thought it was just perfect for the two of us, but it would be equally comfortable for 2 couples. Everything was as listed - every detail well thought out and beautifully furnished. The location can not be beat and the hosts are delightful and so thoughtful. We will definitely stay here again when we go back.

Sensational location and beautiful apartment!
My husband, 16yo son and I stayed here for 3 nights in December and wished we could have stayed longer. Miguel and Adrian have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. The apartment is located a few steps from Plaza Mayor and is close to everything. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back.

The apartment is beautiful! Adrian and Miguel are wonderful hosts: very helpful and responsive. We were so pleasantly surprised by the welcome basket of foods and beverages in the refrigerator. Not much else I can say
I agree with all the other positive reviews. This is obviously a labor of love for the two hosts, Miguel and Adrian. The welcome basket and all the detailed information about the apartment and the surrounding areas were the best we've ever encountered. There was some street noise in the front bedroom, but it quieted down by 11:00 PM. The back bedroom was absolutely quiet. Great location, it was perfect for our first visit to Madrid.
