"Great little house. A little short on simple kitchen supplies like couldn’t find potato peeler/grater and knives were very blunt, very limited dishwasher capsules. Not big deal and if eating out a lot wouldn’t be a problem but with family and kids when preparing meals at house was a little niggly. Great location-park directly opposite house which was awesome. Plenty of off-street parking. Clean house - we had a great time."

However the email that arrived just prior to check-in that advised the use of earplugs to block the sound of traffic and trains…well it was good advice, but arrived a little too late. "Comfortable and spacious, close to the town centre and facilities such as Countdown and restaurants. Was sent the address after we had started our trip and had to chase the manager for it. Apparently there was a glitch in the system. Perhaps because the bathroom is new, (with a great tub!), there weren't any towel rails or a shower basket/shelves (found a broken one under the sink)."

"Very well-decorated room in a renovated historic building on a busy road. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but cozy. The parking was a block away, which wasn't a problem, but there wasn't any place to drop off your luggage while you checked in. The continental breakfast had high quality food, but not many choices. I felt like overall it was a good place for one night, but not an extended stay. "
