"I really enjoyed the proximity to shopping and restaurants. It felt like a safe building with lots of young professionals in it. It had a nice study area where I could work remotely. It also had air conditioning so was very comfortable even on the hot days. I loved being locked in to the courtyard and the parking garage immediately so I could take my time getting up to the apartment and I felt very safe. The location is right next to buses and Metro and four short blocks to the beach/pier."

"Beautiful updated cottage directly across from beach. Easy walk to Pier but far enough away from the noise and congestion. Well stocked and comfortable with good open family space to hang out. Appreciated the manager having breakfast stocked and communicated throughout our time to be sure all was good. Highly recommend."
