Unit is nice and convenient to everywhere in Mammoth. However, needs serious updating in terms of the pillows, linens and appliances.

Nice little condo for a short mountain stay
The location of the property was great to allow access to the village gondola. I would have liked more clarity on the checkout process. The email provided, the in-unit paperwork, and the in-unit wall placard had contradicting information. Other than that the stay was great.

Small and Ideal Location
The condo is definitely small but the location is great . It is outdated and has a musty odor. If it were updated it would most definitely be a 5 star condo with its ideal location. The communication with the property management company was awesome. They checked in daily and brought us extra supplies when we asked. The management company definitely made the stay more enjoyable, but the condo needs updating stat! It’s a short walk to the gondola at the village which my wife and I did with two kids (7&9). Overall, it was a good trip but I wouldn’t stay at that condo again unless it was updated.

Best part is walking distance from the village
Check in was pushed an hour later than expected. There was a broken wine glass in the cabinet and other dishes were found dirty. The hot tub was also out of order the entire length of our stay even though it was advertised on the booking. A heads up about the hot tub would've been appreciated. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay.

Decent place for the price, hot tub rules were ridiculous
As you can see from the pictures and prior reviews, this is one of the lower end condos in Mammoth. That said, there were no rodents and the place was fairly clean. Kitchen was fine. Heaters work good, easy to control. Nice flat screen TV. Convenient walk from parking place. Check in process is difficult due to the 1960s style combo locks you have to navigate. Unfortunately you had to sign up to use hot tub and sign up sheet was always full. Seems absurd. Other condos have their hot tubs open, including Juniper lodge. Shower faucet was leaking but we just put a towel under it so it didn't make noise at night.

Ski Week 2020 Review
The property was in a great location. It could use a little TLC. Some lightbulbs were out and the mattress on the bed is pretty worn out. There is duct tape holding somethings together that could be fixed, but all the appliances worked and we had a warm roof over our head in a great location.

RAT INFESTED!! Unpleasant one bedroom one bathroom unit #8.
We rented this unit #8 for this past President's Day weekend (Feb. 15-18, 2018). My family and I were horrified by the rat infestation in this place. While we were watching television during the middle of the night, we noticed rats were running about in the living room floor and the kitchen. We even had to throw away some food that were partially eaten by rats. We took pictures of rat droppings in the restroom floor and video recorded the rats in the living room. Needless to say, we all did not get any good rest. We contacted the management company to complain about this issue. A lady named "Lolita" who has no sympathy and was not very helpful in resolving this issue. She basically told us that her boss was not there for the weekend and could not do anything for us. However, she offered to have someone come by to set up some mouse traps. We were told we could not be helped until the manager comes back to work on Monday (02/19/2018). HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM RENTING THIS UNIT.

We loved our stay here. You can’t beat the location with a quick walk to the village. Just outside the cabin was plenty of space for our kids to play in the snow. We cannot wait to come visit again!

I took my boyfriend there for his birthday and it was embarrassing. Second night we saw a little mouse running around in the kitchen and living room! Everything there was out dated. We couldn't even get a good night sleep. I can hear everything from the people upstairs.
