We had a lovely 11 nights at Tim’s boutique. Everything was as described. Hinako (the owner) was so helpful and answered all questions. Property was good. You have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to your door, but you’ll only be doing it twice a day (hopefully) so doable. Bright and airy, with more than enough space for a family of 5. We had a great holiday

Just as described - lovely
We had everything we needed to have a comfortable, very safe feeling, home away from home. The apartment is really well resourced with good wifi which was really useful. Excellent communication meant that we were really well prepared and briefed. We would definitely recommend. The children absolutely loved the pools! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen , leider hatten wir insgesamt ca.15 stunden stromausfall auf 2 tage verteilt. Aber das problem lag nicht an der hotelanlage, sondern im ganzen viertel war Stromausfall ,kabel gebrochen. Wir würden Toms und Hinakos Apartment wider buchen.

Plesant as advertised
Well located. The kids loved the small waterslides on the pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Furnishings are slightly dated as shown in the photos but very comfortable with lots of equipment including some toys and games for the kids. The football pitch had an improptu dump of old furniture at one end which was a little unsightly but we weren’t planning on playing football anyway! It was the start of the season and i guess the dump may be gone once they are fully up and running for the summer.

We had a fabulous stay here beautiful apartment very spacious and everything you would ever need for your stay Great views from balconies very relaxing Pool was good Not far from shops and restaurants Beach was perfect with plenty of sun beds Staff were great Great communication with Tom and Hinako couldn't have asked for more

OK for money but needs maintenance.
The property is on the fourth floor with no lift. Good size apartment for 2-4 people. Beds comfortable and clean bed linen and towels. The property needs a good overhaul in the bathrooms. The shower head on the upstairs bathroom needed changing, which was done very quickly however the sealant in the bathroom is not pleasant with a lot if black mold. The bathroom smells damp and musty and the shower does not work well with most of the water coming out the tap. Kitchen well stocked with very well used utensils and crockery but again kitchen area needs maintenance. Air conditioning did not work in the lounge. Wrong WiFi code was given in the welcome sheet however Owners were very good with communication. Apartment Manager very helpful throughout. About 20mins walk across waste land to a very good beach but not signposted so was lucky to find the right access, with beach bar and shower and 15 min walk to town centre, all on the flat.

Excellent place, superb hosts.
We had a fantastic 3 weeks which was our second stay at Tom and Hinako’s property. Hosts were second to none with fast responses, all info required and genuine friendly people. All the staff were fantastic too, as well as great pools we were in walking distance to the beach and also a selection of shops and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and suited us during our stay, thank you to the excellent hosts Tom and Hinako.

Feel like a home
We spent our 4 day holiday in Tomz apartment and enjoy it very much. The house was clean and full of all necessary equipments. Furnitures were a little bit old but that is ok. swimming pools were clean enough and not crowded.

Der Kontakt mit Tom und Hinalko hat immer problemlos funktioniert. Die beiden sind wirklich super nett und das Apartment und die Lage ist genauso wie beschrieben. Die Pools sind außerdem sehr sauber und die Angestellten sehr freundlich!

A Home away from Home!
To tell you the truth I first I did not want to review our experience in this apartment because I wanted it to be our secret place away from home! But then I realized I was been selfish and needed to share our experience with others! My family and I have travelled the world and have stayed in many Hotels/accommodations up to 5 stars rated! Once before we stayed in Side so we decided to give it another shot! I am not going to describe to you every detail of the owners Hinako and Tom welcome or the service at the Irem Garden B block complex workers starting from manager Mustafa to the "Do it all" Mohamed. It would just take a huge letter!!! I am just going to say that we left home not knowing what to find! What we found was a better home then our own home! We loved it so much that after one month in this apartment we decided to extend our holiday for another month in another apartment in the same building! Take this Covid-19:))). Irem Garden apartment Block B and Tomz Boutique is the best kept secret in Side, Turkey!!!! Many thank again to Hinako our funny and cordial Japanese lady owner and her polite British husband Tom! Nicola and family!

Skønt sted
Igen i år, et fantastisk ophold hos Tomz. At sidde på køkkenbalkonen en tidlig morgen, og drikke kaffe og se får, fugle og endda en ugle i år, det er helt fantastisk😍 Lejligheden rummer alt hvad man behøver på en ferie🌹

Unsere Urlaub war zwei Wochen das Weter im September war auch Perfekt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgerichtet für Familie mit Kindern. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Bis zum Strand ist ca. 12min zufuss kann auch mit Auto fahren. Für Enkaufen Auto ist notwendig bis zum eine grosse Einkaufsgescheft MM Migros ca. 15min mit Autoszuführen. Bis zum Antik Siede kann auch zufuss gehen dauert ca. halbe Stunde. Gibs auch im Umgebung gute Restorans uns hat gut gefallen "kleine Norweger " und Grilrestoran allaturke. Sie sind nicht soweit von Ferienwohnung. Wir werden gerne nochmal kommen

Irem Garden
We had a wonderful time in Irem Garden at Tom Hinako Walter's apartaments. Your servise is great, the waterpool is clean, everything you need is in the apartaments. The sofa in the salon could be better, but it is still okay. The beach is near and it looks facinating, only few people are near. The beach staff is also great. Tom and Hinako were very nice and kind. Thank you for your care. There are so many such a wonderful places, so we will definately come back. Thank you for great holidays!

Very good contact from owners really helpful from start to finish Loved Side will def go back to that area Resort I felt especially A block. Looks in need of attention looks a little dated and run down excellent massage facilities well worth the money not sure what cleaning staff for appartment are meant to do didn’t take rubbish out change towels or very much evidence of cleaning. However had a fab time Thankyou

En fantastisk lejlighed
Alt er som billederne viser. Hyggeligt, rent og alt hvad der skal bruges. Hver morgen nød vi morgenkaffen på den ene altan, med udsigt til får og deres hyrde. Fugle der sang og fuldstændig stille fra larm. Til den anden side med udsigt til gade, liv, pool og farverige mennesker. Vi har haft en fantastisk uge☀️🍹. Great holiday
We had an excellent holiday with my cousin thanks to Hinako and Tom. The place is great, everyone very helpful and kind. Hinako and Tom send us all the information before the holiday, they even recommended airport transfers. The place is a great location for couples as well as families, so much to do. Thanks again to Hinako and Tom, hope to visit again in tge near future.
