"This unit is a prime spot for anyone visiting Salem. Short 5 minute walk to Essex St, 2 minute walk to the Witch Trials Memorial, and also comes with a parking spot in a nearby garage. The unit was very clean and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. My only complaint is that the main bedroom has a door that leads to an entryway accessed by other tenants and someone was opening and closing the loud entry door from 1:30am-4:30am, keeping me awake the entire time. "Super unique! Very walkable to all the fun stuff downtown. I give this place 4.5 stars. My only beef is its terribly expensive for a 1 bathroom and the living room is cool, but uncomfortable. Great for insta pics and all that, but if you think you're gonna unwind an watch a scary movie its not gonna happen. The couches are more decorative. Big kitchen with everything that you'd have at home. And whoever was the decorator...the detail is impeccable. "

"We loved this location for our girls trip! The owner was excellent in responding to all our questions and needs. The views from the home are beautiful. If noise bothers you, this is very close to the airport and there is some type of industrial operation on the river. So you do hear airplanes all night as well as very loud metal banging from the river that starts early in the morning. I only mention this as an FYI! It did not lower the rating for us personally! "

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! Short walk to gorgeous stone beach with amazing views. Very comfortable beds and living area. Everything we needed was easily available. "I give this place 3 stars, its a nice place with a good amount of room but there are a few issues. Our stay was Monday - Friday, just 2 adults. Pros - lots of room. Cons - no ac. There is a portable ac unit on wheels in the bedroom however, the exhaust vent goes behind a curtain to the window but not outside. There is no way to open the window for the exhaust vent to take the hot air outside so it just pumps all the hot air back into the room. Be prepared to wake up at 7:30am every morning...

"This was a fantastically easy stay in Rockport. We came to town to visit friends and this was such an ideal location in Rockport as well as proximity to Gloucester.
