"Great accommodation - clean and modern; easy and quick communication with landlord; only thing to mention is that windows are towards a big intersection which causes some noise, especially early mornings and light sleepers (like 1 of my children and husband) regularly awoke due to the noise; other than that, nice stay!"

"I really enjoyed the proximity to shopping and restaurants. It felt like a safe building with lots of young professionals in it. It had a nice study area where I could work remotely. It also had air conditioning so was very comfortable even on the hot days. I loved being locked in to the courtyard and the parking garage immediately so I could take my time getting up to the apartment and I felt very safe. The location is right next to buses and Metro and four short blocks to the beach/pier."
