"The property was great for our (5 adults) usage over a week of pheasant hunting. Tons of hunting access from 5 mins away to within an hour. The bird cleaning station was great for our use. The space was actually bigger than expected from the online pictures. Brandon, the host, was super responsive with all of our requests and helped make the stay great. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Although it was a short stop on a roadtrip home it was a comfortable place to spemd 2 nights. Dog friendly is a must for us on our travels so this fit the bill. Had all the amenities we needed and more. The beach is a blast. Our kiddo had so much fun splashing the lake and playing in the sand. "

"So yes nice place. Great price. However it is located right next to the railroad. Trains are going by at day or night. They would wake me up briefly but I would go back to sleep. So just take this into consideration. Parking is great and outside the building. The room is simple and as pictured. I would rent it again. "

"This is the second time I’ve stayed in this space and it was just as perfect this time around as last time. Ann is so easy to communicate with and available to answer any questions. Any issues are always incidental and quickly resolved, such as cars in the wrong parking spots. Occasionally someone shuts a door with a little force too early in the morning, but any minor noise is far better than the alternative of a hotel. Clean, cozy, and perfect! "

"The property was somewhat remodeled but clearly not worth the double price we paid last year. We disliked the "service fee" whatever that was and having to stream anything on the TV. Luckly that I had just learned how to stream but my brother had no idea. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. I have had a larger shower on a cruise ship, and it didn't hit me in the chest. "Sue at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. It is very clean and a good value for the money. The location was good and access was easy. The breakfast is a bag with a sweet roll, water, fruit cup, and apple juice. My only issue is that hotels should now advertise this versus "free breakfast." Secondly, the person in the morning should have proactively offered me the "bag breakfast" versus having to have me ask for it. Overall, it was good one night's stay and I would recommend it. "
