When we got there the door code did not work, had to use the key in the lockbox as a backup. More importantly, the place was not cleaned. So checkin was not setup and cleaning was not scheduled due to poor management. Last guests also left the place a mess. So when arriving to the stay:
-All towels were dirty and wet in a clump in the bathroom.
-All bedding was dirty and still on the beds.
-Food crumbs were in every room all over the carpet at kitchen.
-Trash was not taken out
-Food was in the sink along with all the dirty dishes.
-There was a broken glass behind one of the couches.
-There was a dirty bandaid on the ground in one of the bedrooms.
Unacceptable conditions to arrive to. Property manager did manage to get someone to show up and clean. However was done at a half attempt by someone who normally doesn’t clean the place. She barely vacuumed, did the dishes, and tried to just re-tuck the dirty bedding instead of washing. So still unacceptable. Whole first night of vacation was spent cleaning the place ourselves.
From my experience, stay away from this place. It was terrible, dirty, and poorly managed.
Was promised a refund of the cleaning fee in 7-10 days. At the time of writing review it has been 17 days and still no cleaning fee refund and property manager has not been responding to me.
