"The receptionist gave us a smoking room so we had to go all the way to the room and then all the way back down to ask for another room. It was very rude considering we booked non smoking always. "I usually stay in this nice hotel, but unfortunately last time I had a bad experience with the front desk guy, there was a minor miscommunication and instead of trying to resolve the issue in a good manner, his attitude was terrible.I think his name was Ajour or something similar to that."
