"Surprised to drive up and see it was directly behind the grocery store, but once we settled in, we found it to be a very comfortable and relatively quiet experience. The marina and property are very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the greetings from the manatees during our morning coffee. Great location. Enjoyed Sombrero Beach and farmers market. Didn’t mind the roosters. "

"Coincidentally a couple of days before we went a friend who is familiar with Coral Lagoon told us about its sinkhole which will need extensive construction to fix. As a result we learned after we booked but before we arrived about the 5’high chain link fence which walls off the canal from the condos on the east side, including #12. "The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again."

"The rental was perfect for us. A couple in our 60's. We are laid back. The bed was very comfortable. We used the screen porch extensively as well as the patio. The view of the stars at night was amazing. Laz was very responsive. We had one minor issue and let Laz know and it was corrected within hours. We did not have a boat but it would have been a great place to have a boat. We will be back!"

"Three single women enjoyed the condo. Nice to have an elevator to go up three floors. Three bedrooms meant that we each had our privacy. The spacious lanai was super with a nice space for meals and conversation. Nice property for walking or biking. Convenient location to Marathon, where we found some interesting activities - Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point Hammock, and the Turtle Hospital. All three had very interesting guided tours. We enjoyed a day trip in Key West - 1.5 hours drive...

"First time visiting the Keys and this property was one of the nicest we have stayed in. Very clean with lots of amenities ( kayaks, swim spa, gas grill, etc). Access to the canal and the use of kayaks was a huge plus! Manatees came right up to the dock several times while we were there!! Took the kayaks out to the mangroves and really enjoyed seeing the birds and sea life. The kayaks don't have seat bacs, but we used the lifejackets for that and that worked well.The only "negative" of the trip...
