Cozy little place
Overall place is as described. You are close to the ocean but no beach. We heard the fishing is great. Nice little area outside the unit with chairs and table. They also offer a picnic table and gas grill. Nice heated pool on the premises. All the amenities you need. Place was clean and bug free. We read too late that they have chairs and other beach items in a shed nearby. Only negative might be it's a few miles to the grocery stores and restaurants. There is a Bar "SS Shipwreck" across the hwy that has delicious bar food, fun place. Your host Hans is a very helpful and nice guy. Sends good information to help you ahead of your arrival. We would definitely stay here again! 5 Stars!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little bungalow. The property was nice to walk around in, the views were amazing. Communication with the host was easy, pleasant and they gave us a list of great places to check out during our stay. Highly recommend!

The fishing jetty was a peaceful and wonderful place for watching sunsets, making new friends and catching fish for supper. We caught our own fish dinner every night while enjoying a beautiful sunset. The apartment was comfortable and clean and fit our needs perfectly. We'll be back.

Fishing vacation
This was our 2nd time for visiting the Keys and this trip was more about fishing charters. The rental was convenient to local marinas and was nice having the jetty close to property. We did not vist the pool area. My only negative was the unit was outdated. I think the furniture and decor could be updated. But the price was good and im sure that factors in. Overall we had a good visit. Thank you

Great stay.
Loved the area. Lots of fun outdoors things to do. Loved the jetty and the friendliness of the neighbors. It’s it is like a one room efficiency. It is very clean. The floors, stove and the brown cabinets need to be updated and then it would be perfect! But we were not there that much so it did not bother us. Very comfortable and a great place to come back to when you are exploring the keys!

Very relaxing get away
The property was very clean, Perfect for 2 people. So nice to park right in front of the property and carry your belongings in. Great location in between Key Largo and Key West. The jetty was an added plus, the water around was so clear. We had a great time! If you are looking to rent this property, you won’t be sorry. Next time we go back, I would love to rent this property again.

Nice stay
We stayed at Lions Lair for a week in a cabin we booked through VRBO as we could not get anything with our trailer in tow. It was a nice break from camper life. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress as it was not all that comfortable. The people that lived there were very friendly and welcoming. The garden surrounding the 5 cabins were very pretty and cabin very clean.

Perfect cozy cabin for 2
This cute cabin was great. The property is well maintained and decorated in such a cute beach theme. You can tell that Hans truly cares for his properties. I loved going out the jetty and seeing the fish and adorable iguanas. The location felt very safe even if someone was a solo traveler. It is perfectly centered to visit many popular locations. The unit we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Hans was easy to contact and even sent us a picture of a manatee that was out at the docks one day. We had a wonderful trip and look forward to coming back again in the future. Nice and cozy
Cozy efficiency for two people makes it the perfect place to stay for your next visit to the FL Keys. Quiet community, close enough to Marathon for a quick trip for food and supplies. About an hour to Key West to do all the tourist things. Kayak and boat launch were easy access to the water. Fishing the Jetty was great. Make sure you eat at Kiki's on Little Torch Key!

It’s located in a small rv home residential block. It’s a 1hour 20 min drive away from key west, 40 minutes from Islamorada and 10 minutes from the grocery store. It’s clean and everyone in the community is nice. There’s a short walk out to a jetty where you can fish and tables in the residential area you can eat. There’s a boat dock if you chad a boat. Overall, it’s a small apartment but it’s perfect size for 2 people for what you need.

Quiet Paradise
This property was just perfect for us. It was quiet and the location was great! The studio was small and very comfortable. The parking was steps from our front door. The patio area was nice, shaded if you wanted it or you could move your Adirondack a few feet and be in the sun. The point offered beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The pool was clean and there was lots of seating with or without shade umbrellas. Hans made it super easy to check in and his communication was stellar during our stay! Clean, comfortable, overall 5 stars! We will definitely book this property again when we visit the Keys and recommend it t friends!

Nice location to visit many Keys
Great communication, nice location. Inside is a little dated, but you are not in the room long enough to worry about that. Parking is great and you can walk to the end of the property and fish right there. Shipwreck is right across the street and has an amazing Key Lime pie. My only issue ( and this is totally NOT the owner's fault ), is the no-see-ums, I could not sit outside at all, I was pretty much eaten up within minutes of stepping outside the door, even with bug spray. So I suggest bringing anything that repels them, and anything to treat them. My husband did not have as much of an issue as I did.
