Clean and comfortable room in a quiet, beautiful community

The unit is the right size for one or two people. I was traveling alone, seeking a quiet "non-touristy" place to stay and this suited my needs perfectly! Before your visit, the owners will provide you with detailed information on what to expect in the unit along with instructions on using the A/C, TV, etc. They also include a list of local attractions, activities, and restaurants so you can plan ahead if you wish. The owners are reachable and quick to respond if you have any questions or discover any problems during your stay. The unit is comfortable and has a full kitchen. Previous renters may leave non-perishable items behind, so it’s a good idea to see what’s there before you head to the grocery store. There is also a storage unit with chairs, coolers, and other items one might need for a beach trip. These are also left by previous tenants, and are shared between the guests in the 5 units. The front porch is semi-private and surrounded by beautiful flora. Gives a very tropical vibe! The community is private and quiet. People who live there are friendly and make you feel welcome. The walkway to the jetty is lush, and you can see the sunrise and the sunset from the jetty due to its position. You’ll see plenty of wildlife there also! There is a pool available for guests, and it’s clean and a great place to relax in the sun and cool off in the water if you’re not up for a beach trip. I have zero complaints about my stay!

Perfect for two!

We chose this site due to it's access to a boat slip & the simplicity of a single room. From the first day of our visit to the last was wonderful. Hans is very easy to communicate with and offers all the information you need to make your stay comfortable. The room is nice & clean and has your necessities. Nothing fancy but exactly what we were hoping for. We would stay here again.

The cutest and most perfect apartment

This efficiency apartment was everything we needed. It was spotless when we arrived. Finding it and check it was a breeze. Communication with the owner was prompt. The laundry facilities are so great. The only issue I could possibly come up with if I dig deep is the blender does not chop ice. So smoothies or frozen cocktails are a no go. Otherwise there is literally everything a person could need. I do not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Nice little place

It’s a nice little place to stay if you don’t need a lot a of space and you don’t plan to stay around much. The beds and futon were pretty uncomfortable for sleeping, so we ended up buying a air mattress to put on the floor. Make sure to bring or buy extra towels and they only have two for you to use. The pool was nice to be able to use!

Beautiful Cottage

My son and I had a great time in #9. Perfect size for 2. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Cooked on the gas grill one night and had everything we needed. Pool was beautiful and 84 degrees. The jetty which projects a couple hundred yards into the ocean was a great place to hang out enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The people in the community are friendly and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. This is a community of mainly permanent residences so being respectful on noise, Speed while driving and keeping their grounds spotless goes along way. Its peaceful and quite setting. If your looking for a party this is not a fit. I would recommend and definitely stay here.

Quick Stay for Lobstering

Super clean, quiet and safe feeling. Had everything we needed inside the room. If only we had a 25' or smaller boat. The marina area was perfect and quiet also. Docks in excellent shape. The neighbors are super nice too. Had a great time.

Quiet Cottage. Perfect!

This cottage was exactly as advertised. It was just what I was looking for to surprise my bff with a beach trip for her 50th. Location great for surrounding activities. Neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Very easy communication and check-in/out process. Thank you for a great stay.
