"Nous y sommes allés une grande famille et les espaces sont super bien aménagés pour 12 personnes. Les photos sont réalistes et les aménagements propres. L’entretien de la piscine est fait régulièrement et nous avons eu de l’aide pour le menage de la part d’une employée de la maison. Parcontre la plage et le marché sont trop loin a pieds avec de jeunes enfants il faut absolument un véhicule."

"The Host Ben is very responsive and kind. I wanted to experience living among the Ticos and we loved it. This place is unique and cozy for the 4 of us girls. There are some minor upgrades needed but we are so easygoing that it was not a bother. We survived a huge thunderstorm and no power for just a couple hours. The property has 2 cats. Also each bedroom has air conditioning and we enjoyed Netflix in the evening. This area is definitely a surf town and several restaurants walking distance....

"This place was great. Though Avellanas Beach was a short walk from the property, it felt secluded and remote. I could hear howler monkeys in the trees, which was cool. The house was gated and felt safe and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I would gladly visit again."

"We couldn't have asked for a better spot. We rented both adjoining properties and had plenty of room for our large group of 32 people. Manfred was attentive to all of my msgs and responded quickly. "Our stay was wonderful! The house was perfect for our family of 5. The location to the beach to explore and swim was perfect. The kids loved being able to walk a few steps and be on the beach! The area was very quiet with close proximity to the town. The pizza place and Indian restaurant that are just across the street were both excellent! I’m so glad we chose to stay here for our first time to Costa Rica!"

"If you are looking for a trip to stay at the beach to surf or swim, this is a good place. It is nice, safe, secure, has most all of the basic necessities and my hosts were kind and helpful when I had questions or needed anything. It was close to a busy street and restaurants so there was a lot of noise at times. It was right on the main road yet near the end of it so you can walk to get to all the shops and restuarants."

"We had an amazing time with the whole family. Such a beautiful home. Everything was spotless and had just about everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. "Fantastic property. A little oasis in Playa Langosta, and would be great to share with another family! No one else staying on the property with us, so we had the place (and pool!) to ourselves. Tara provided some great suggestions for restaurants and day trips. Handyman was there daily to attend to our needs if there were any, otherwise he was mostly out of the way. Highly suggest a golf cart at a minimum if planning to stay here as town is a decent hike. "

"Our extended family of 11 were so lucky to find this home! The house itself is even better than the photos. Our kids/teens loved the guest house and the primary rooms were incredible. Melissa was very easy to work with and addressed any concerns immediately. The maid service was flexible and convenient. Driving to Hacienda Panilla was interesting with rough roads etc, but once inside the gates it was beautiful. "

"The house was very spacious, clean, and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The pool and cabana area was our favorite hangout spot. We opted in for additional services like a private chef and daily maid which were well worth the cost and the stsff eas friendly and very accommodating. The location is perfect as it is quaint and just a short gilf cart drive or walk to most places. My only complaint is that the curtsins could be better and the mattresses were not the most comfortable."
