Great spot!
Our stay was fun! We loved how close we were to everything. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our “home” for the week was perfect! Highly recommend!

First time to Marco
Beautiful and clean condo. Perfect for 2-3 people to stay. Great views. Plenty of perks and supplies in rental. Many details prior to check in, but the lock/unlock process is nice.

There’s nothing negative to say about the property that we stayed in. it was the entire community that was in total disarray. The elevators did not work properly. We were woken up on our last night with the fire alarm going off in the entire building. The alarm rang inside of the property for approximately 10 minutes nonstop. The elevators were not functioning properly so we ended Up taking five flights of stairs, numerous times to get to our condo. There were signs posted all over the place that dogs were not allowed. However, there was a dog barking, not too far away from our unit. Would love to stay here again, if they would only fix the problems with the elevators..

Cleanest rental I ever stayed at.
I have stayed at a lot of rentals and I have experienced all levels of clean, but none really clean like I think a rental should be, especially with the cleaning charges we have to pay! This was the first one that was really clean. That was a big plus for sure. I happened to come during a big rain event storm that lasted the 5 days I was there, leaving behind 15 - 20 inches of rain. The road getting to this rental was flooded and my car started chugging. It was really scary. My sister lives nearby in Goodland so we ended up staying at her house the first night. We got in the next day, however it rained terribly the entire time and it was difficult to get around the area. Every time there was a downpour the entrance and parking lot would flood. It was disappointing, however the place was good. I could not find a cancelation policy on their listing, so I don't even know if I could cancel. It was just a really disappointing vacation.

Great vacation on Marco Island
This was our first trip to MI and we loved it! We liked that this condo is in a quiet location, loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the wildlife. The condo was modern, clean and well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Some great restaurants nearby, Snook Inn was fun with a live band, Dolphin Tiki Bar had the best coconut shrimp. The beaches are amazing, we would definitely come back and stay here again. We checked in Saturday afternoon and had some trouble getting through the gate, but were able to get a hold of the iTrip property manager easily to get a new access code. The $30 fee upon checkin must be cash just fyi.

The condo was great. Highly recommend it to anyone who likes to look at the waterways and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather in March. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any needs.

Wonderful unit
We love this unit and the Riverside Club. My only suggestion would be to get a bigger bed. I’m not sure if it was a queen or a full size but we just stayed at the Westin in a queen and it was fine. This felt smaller. The views were so magnificent

Great condo, great views
My husband and I chose to stay in this condo for our 20th anniversary. It was perfect and we loved it so much we added another night to our stay. The balcony was great to sit out on and eat breakfast. We watched dolphins swim and boats go out to the gulf. We would highly recommend. The management was easy to communicate with and even available when we needed to give them a call. We would stay here again when we come back to Marco Island.

The car gate was difficult to get the QR code to take, and the key labeled gate for personal entry did not open either gate. The condo was fabulous, all updated, comfortable!

Great Condo
This condo was great from the time we opened the door. There is a beautiful view off of the balcony, everything you need is well stocked in the kitchen, alot of lighting in the whole unit, plenty of towels and the best was the availability of a beach umbrella, chairs and a cooler for a great day at the beach. Don’t delay and book this unit! You will be happy you did.

Great getaway for us!
We stayed four nights for our anniversary this past weekend and this place was exactly what we needed, relaxing, quiet and clean (and we are OCD). Had all the necessities, in a great location! We are actually thinking of making this place a yearly trip for our future anniversaries! Close restaurants, friendly staff, clean building, pool, and landscape. Also the ease of use getting in and out of the condo was simple, felt safe, and secure. The only tip we could add is maybe a ceiling fan on the lanai, but we believe the reason for that missing is due to the hurricane. Otherwise 10/10. Did not even see a single bug in the condo which is hard to do in FL!

Great Condo!
The condo was meticulous and as described. Unfortunately the pools weren't open during our stay due to hurricane damage but there was plenty to do around Marco Island that it was no problem! Thank you so much for hosting such a great place!

The condo is a 5-star property. Great view of the water and very quiet as there is no footpath in front of the lanai. Very tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything one would want. Holiday Stay 2021
Very clean and well maintained condo! The outdoor space was wonderful for morning coffee and after the beach cocktails. Kitchen was well stocked for both the beach and cooking in. Having a water and ice dispenser as part of the fridge was incredibly helpful. Was really cool watching all the boats come in and out of the marina. Spent our days at the beach. Tigertail Beach is a short drive (less than 10 min) away arrived around 11am every day and had no problem parking. Rented a Jeep at the Enterprise down the street very easy pick up. Lots of nice restaurants everything is close together. I recommend making reservations before your stay as there is wait at many of the restaurants in the winter months. Gated community was clean and quiet. We utilized the pool a few times and thoroughly enjoyed the space. Wonderful first impression of Marco Island, we will definitely be back!

Overall a great place to stay
Modern, spacious condo with wonderful balcony view. Pools well maintained and not busy. Would have been nice to know how to get past security gate when we arrived. Had to wait for a car to go thru, then walk to condo and get gate key. Door lock was not coded as indicated, but owner fixed that. Bed was a bid worn and soft. Not a great night's sleep.
