Gorgeous Home on the Water

This is the perfect house for a large group. It is very spacious and gives the opportunity to spend family time while maintaining privacy. My family enjoyed the pool and fishing off the boat dock. Marco is always beautiful and Tigertail beach is not as crowded as other Marco beaches. It is a longer walk because the beach is so wide but it is definitely worth it.

Vacation

The house was amazing! We had a great time. Had an issue with the TV but Katelyn and Michael were very attentive and were able to get it fixed. The house is beautiful and in a great location. The poolWas a huge hit with the whole family. We would definitely come back!!

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful and location is great. Beautiful view of the canal. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the actual white sand beach. They could use some new towels and a SINGLE serve coffee maker. There was a coffee pot, but there was a dead fly in it, so we did not use it. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with my granddaughters. The pull out couch was awful, my 7 year old granddaughter tried to sleep on it the first night and was poked by springs. We put two quilts under the bottom sheet and she was able to sleep on it. That is very small room and the TV did not work. The two main bedrooms are beautiful and have access to the pool area. So many restaurants to choose from within a 5 to 10 drive.

Great House, great location

As a family of four with two young adult children this home gives us all plenty of space The pool is perfect, dock for fishing great.. the only negative I would offer is it is a bit dated. Lighting in bathroom dim, outdoor grill- the flame is dangerously high when first ignited. Certainly would book again if a vacation on Marco Island is planned!

Enjoyed our stay !

Very nice home , cleaning people missed the outside lanai/pool area and couple things upstairs but overall the house was very comfortable. Could use some upgrades regarding the towels & linens. Beautiful pool area, even saw a couple of dolphins behind the house ! Would rent again!

Our first visit to Marco Island!

Before we arrived all of my emails and calls were answered promptly and with excellent customer service. The house was beautiful and well stocked with all of the things we would need to enjoy our stay. We stayed in and cooked several meals in the high end kitchen. The pool was beautiful, and offered lots of shade for those that wanted it. It was an easy walk to Tigertail, and super close to lots of great shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay at this property, and can’t wait to return to Marco!

Great Place in Marco

The place is great. The process of filing out all various paperwork was cumbersome for me. There is a credit charge fee, a fee to pay by wire, and a heat the pool charge fee,.... This wasn't very pleasant - I prefer one rate. This may be - "it is what it is." But it was distracting to me. Marco Island is a fun place.

Family vacation

We had to postpone this vacation bc of covid and we’re so glad to finally go! The tigertail beach was fabulous and we rented a pontoon boat from Gator Boat Rental and went to keystone island! Hope to go back next year!

Spring Break 22

Overall a beautiful location and home. Large and comfortable with great canal views. Close to Tigertail Beach. Beds were comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean in good working order. Decor is a bit dated but pleasant. Outdoor grill has had some fire damage it appears to have been Roughly repaired. The garage has one vehicle in storage and is in need of cleaning and organizing. We had to buy two new beach chairs and a pull wagon foe the beach as theirs were in poor condition. The bikes and strollers all were also in poor repair. That said we enjoyed cooking and relaxing in the home. Management needs to replace several burnt out light bulbs, especially in the master bath and outdoors.

Marco island stay

We arrived and the temperature for the first 2 nights was 32 degrees and there was no heat on the house. Unable to turn on heat. Did call management. Heat needed repairs but to stay warm had to get sweatshirts to wear and sleep in Tried to use the hot tub and pool and the unit did not work. Pool people came out 5 times and after the 3 rd week they finally got the heat in the hot tub and pool to work. Daniel from Vrbo was there when we arrived and he came out several times to take care of the problems we were experiencing. He is an excellent employee. Had to call Vrbo as there was a cockroach in the pool and another in the lower level guest room

Great location & house

Restful with beautiful canal view!

Beautiful canal view! So peaceful! Recommend reading the welcome binder initially-helpful info. Tigertail Beach was more of a lagoon which you could wade through to get to beach or walk to ocean ( longer walk to beach from rental then realized...20 min.?) There is additional parking at Tigertail which takes you a bit closer to beach but you will need to pay for parking. Give yourself time when using clothes dryer (especially if washing towels night before leaving-needed to run dryer longer for most loads). Some things we were unaware-unable to park in garage, limited spoons (had a family of 7), supplied paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and pods, travel size laundry detergent/softener, trash bags, sun block initially which was very nice. Forgot-there is no Keurig but a couple of coffee pots. Careful with water dispenser on fridge-sometimes sticks. Trash drawer doesn’t always stay closed. Upon arriving, code had been changed but our call was returned in about 15 min. After getting acquainted with the feel of the house we had a wonderful time at Marco Island! One of our best family trips yet🤗 Enjoy!!

Spinnaker house review

The house is large and beautiful. We loved sitting out on the lanai. We used the pool daily, it was a little small for a large family. The house is very centrally located on the island. We would definitely stay here again.

Magnificent

This property is beyond magnificent with stunning views and superb amenities. The house was very clean and was described perfectly to what we were expecting. We have found that some properties do not live up to their expectations, but not this one. It met all our needs and was a stunning home. We will book again
