The location is perfect for anyone visiting Margate as you are a short 15min walk away from the train station and right in the old town centre next to great coffee shops, restaurants and more. "The property was stunningly beautiful had all the amenities you could imagine and more. Champagne in the hot run on my birthday then when the weather turned we could enjoy being inside before a bracing walk on the beach. Fantastic views across the bay and a short walk into town for a delightful meal. "

"Kate is a brilliant host and communication was excellent. There were 10 people staying and we had plenty of room. The cooking facilities were not really adequate for cooking a big dinner for 10 people but we managed. One of us is disabled and the ground floor en-suite really made our stay possible as a family. No private parking but we all managed to park near to the house. We had a lovely time. "

"Great location and easy check in. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Only issue was the weather was bad and the wind was blowing through the windows which you could hear and feel and making the room cold. We ended up pulling the cutains which meant we lost the view. We went out a lot earlier than planned due to not being able to warm up! "

"Bright and cosy stay in a one bed flat in a small terraced house. Lively high ceilings and view to the sea through the baw windows. It's not a luxury hotel! - but was functional, clean and a great option for a weekend at a festival in neighbouring town Margate. Good prices, excellent communication, on-street parking and short stroll to the beach. "
