"I tried to alter my booking dates through Expedia's website, was informed by their Bot that it'd all been taken care of. Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly. You find out how good an organisation is when you need them to help you out and Expedia...

"This quaint hotel is located right in the central square in the centre of town. There is a restaurant downstairs which has excellent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything you want is within a few minutes walk. The room that we had was large and airy and bright. It was no trouble to get extra towels and pillows. All the staff were very friendly and the service in the restaurant was very friendly and efficient. My only negative is the stairs. Stairs in the Netherland seem to be built...

"Prima voor een nachtje. Aardige eigenaar/stel/personneel. Is wel oud (gehorig) en een paar onhandige dingen: geen ‘stoor me niet’ hanger voor op de deur (kamer wordt elke dag opgeruimd waarom??? Weinig plek in kamer om telefoons op te laden. Geen haken op de muren (wat doe je met je jas of natte handdoek?). Ontbijt was veel verpakt/houdbaar weinig vers. Nogmaals prima maar verwacht geen luxe. "
