"Friendly, warm welcome from Martcha (spelling?) the receptionist. Great activities. Loved the cheetah encounter, bushman walk and game drive. The food was very good. The resident puppy and dog were entertaining. We had an excellent stay."

"Amazing privacy & great for stargazing (less light pollution - close to zero - than around the lodge). We had everything we needed in term of facilities. The only slight negative was the staff - when we asked for some info (e.g. the walking trails on the property), they didn't really make an effort to explain things well."

"Mariental is a bit of a scruffy town, but makes up for it with lovely people. Several are to be found at this guest house. My room/suite was big, comfortable and spotless. TV showed loads of channels, a/c worked well etc. So break your journey here. You wont be disappointed"
