"Delightful week in Mashpee with unexpectedly nice weather for May. You are able to see the ocean from the dining area and private beach access is a short walk away (but does require a large flight of stairs down to water)."

"Wonderful location to the beach and excellent stay. Washer and dryer repairmen were supposed to come out but never showed up but that's not the owner's fault though. Twin beds downstairs were very creaky everytime you turned. May I suggest a step stool in the kitchen because some of the cupboard shelves were very high. All in all,it was a very nice place to stay in."

"Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying again. My only suggestion is to add dimmable lighting. We felt on stage in the living/kitchen area, bedroom. It would be nice to turn down bathroom light during the night."

"It was the least expensive option in the area. We feel we got a little better than expected for the price, but there is absolutely no ocean views and you do need a car to get around. Very close to the shopping area of Oak Bluffs. Carpets really need to be cleaned and the furniture was old. The beds were comfortable. Functioning kitchen for cooking in. Did not use grill."

"Very disappointing. Trash all over the street and property when we arrived. The place needs some TLC...water marks on ceiling in kitchen, trim needed nailing on, chairs on deck falling apart . Great view but windows filthy. Yard needs mowing. Twin beds very uncomfortable. A window in each bedroom wouldn't close. Contacted Vacasa because the door key pad stopped working so we couldn't lock the door when leaving. Were told there was a key hidden in a lockbox but the code we were given didn't work....

"My family and I had an amazing stay at Mark’s property. The location was perfect for our weekend plans and the neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The house itself looked recently renovated and was incredibly cute as well as immaculately clean. It was spacious and welcoming as well. We can’t wait to stay again!"

"A group of friends and I had a lovely long weekend stay here. The yard is so big and perfect for games and relaxing, and the house is close to several beaches, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream, etc. The layout is kind of weird, but we had plenty of space for everything. Would stay here again!"

"The house was comfortable and sufficient for the purpose of our trip (dog show) however, the smoke alarm at the highest point of the cathedral ceiling was chirping from about 10 PM on the night of arrival ALL NIGHT LONG. We actually contemplated leaving to go to a hotel to sleep that night because it was so obnoxious and disrupting. It took leaving two messages on the local teams voicemail the next morning AND a call to the customer service 800 number to get resolution. The gentleman that came...
