A piece of heaven.
The cabin was awesome. Everything we needed. The views are beautiful especially the sunsets! Close to Asheville and adjoining towns and to the parkway. Will definitely be back.

Cousins 60th Birthday Trip
The cabin was very clean and well appointed. It was great to see some basic cooking spices, coffee, cooking spray, etc., on hand. We chose this cabin due to the proximity to our planned events, the number amenities, but most importantly the number of bathrooms/showers. We were traveling with five women in our party and had scheduled itinerary. One shower was not in working order the entire trip due too the knob not secure, no set screw, thus no way to operate. The issue was reported the morning after our evening/late arrival and we were told it would be addressed. It was not fixed as scheduled the following day or the next morning as we were again told. The reponses from the properry management team were delayed as well. The wifi was not plugged in when we arrived and the service was spotty ar best. No communication/property reference materials on site. We could not access the online one even with multiple cell phone carriers between all of us. There was cute bulletin board with share your favorite picture from your trip, but no way to print, instructions, to be found. The location of the hot tub is not ideal and thus we did not use. No dishwasher pods were available. The road to cabin is rough, steep and narrow in spots. Low profile cars are not recommended. Parking is not idea either. We made due and shared many stories and laughs. Memories were made and we are planning the next trip. Thank you, Sherry

Fantastic Family Get Away!!
This cabin is perfect! Lots of fun and plenty of space! The bunk room was a huge PLUS! The host communicated so well throughout the entire process… even when it snowed more than expected and we were not sure we would be able to make it down off the mountain!! This was a great location! So glad our family did this!

Great cabin with excellent views, poor communications by host
Stayed there for entire July 4th week. Views were excellent, better than the photos in the listing. Cabin was very clean except the outside trash bin that smelled a lot. The default route shown by google maps has road closed. It would have helped a lot if host communicated about the same in the checkin instructions. Also thermostat was not working, because of which entire cabin became hot and humid. We left messages to host on how to fix that and there was no response until we left the house.

Awesome stay, we highly recommend this cabine
Arriving at the house, the views immediately took our breath away. The whole place is also very very clean, plenty of towels, great WIFI, nice tv’s, great selection of games, a ton of kitchen accessories. Everything you can imagine you need is just there. We liked that spices and oils and other basics for cooking were available. There are plenty of plates, silverware, glasses, cups, … You can have several meals with a group before having to do dishes. The grill was also in very good and clean condition. Upon arrivals the hot tub was not getting very hot, we contacted them via the confirmation email address and got a reply within a few minutes. We communicated further via text and they send us some videos how to change the settings and got the issue taken care of asap. Perfect customer service, this was our best experience ever booking with VRBO. We will certainly come back and will recommend this place to everyone we know. Thanks and see you soon, Peter
