"The lodge was amazing, everything you could possibly need and more. Great quality furniture and fittings. Extremely clean and a sumptuous king bed. Very comfortable lodge. The walks around the reserve were great, loved the chickens, very cheeky! Will definitely be going back it’s a great relaxing hideaway. Thank you Barbara and Luke."

"Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service."

"We were three families from three different cities that drove to the caravan site, and upon arrival, you said, "Sorry, our website had issues, and we can't do anything for you now. We can only refund your money." Not only have you caused us financial losses equivalent to the cost of three tanks of gas, but you've also ruined our weekend plans. I'm genuinely disappointed in the management of this website. All I can say is, you are highly irresponsible. It's unclear whether you'll refund my money...

"Happy with the accommodation. Quiet area of site. Communication with owner excellent. A well equipped chalet, clean, comfortable beds, good sized TV. The one thing that was a problem was the ill-fitting bathroom door and given that the door has been removed from between the living area & bedrooms/bathroom, privacy was a problem. Other than that, we had a lovely week."

"Myself, my partner Andy and our dog Willow stayed Friday to Sunday at the chickens coop and we had the most relaxing & enjoyable time. Andy enjoyed doing a bit of fishing at the lake, catching a good sized carp, whilst I enjoyed walking around it with the dog. The place itself is just gorgeous, with free roaming chickens etc that you can feed. The stay in the coop was perfect - it was so peaceful and homely. "Great place. Plenty of room. Clean and tidy. Great for children plenty of toys and play area outside. Great location to go to the beach. We cycled to Mablethorpe and blessed with fantastic weather. The pub in the village had nice good but the manager didn’t like visitors or as he termed them tourists and didn’t make us feel welcome but his loss as we still had a good time at other locations. "

"Plentiful free Parking outside of the rear main doors, change in circumstances meant arriving a day late but no problem at check in, only issues would be no plug sockets by the beds and the ones available were too close to surfaces which meant hard to use due to leads on chargers and dryers etc, check out at 11am yet really loud awful and annoying organ music and singing from 9.30 am meant no chance of a sleep in.
