Lovely Ocean Cottage
We were impressed the moment we walked in the front door. The cottage was well appointed, clean with great ocean views and plenty of space to relax. The bed was comfortable and kitchen, bathrooms/laundry area were well stocked. We were able to enjoy the seals sunning on the rocks at low tide. The upstairs deck and living area were our favorite areas of the cottage. Restaurants were within walking distance, and walks along the ocean seawall were breathtaking. Scott was very helpful with any questions we had regarding our stay. We are looking forward to our stay next year. Thank you Scott for sharing your ocean cottage.

Another fabulous fall stay
We had another beautiful fall week at this house. The weather was sunny and warm. We ate at all our favorite restaurants and saw our summer friends. Already planning for next year’s stay. The house is well appointed and the area is quaint. All communication is seamless. Love this house!

Maison superbe. Bien rénovée. Beaucoup de fenestration. Très propre. Beau balcon avec accès par les deux chambres donnant sur la mer. Hôte très prompt à répondre à toutes nos questions. Plage rocailleuse cependant. Un beau projet pour le proprio pour 2025 : construire une terrasse attenante à la maison pour manger à l'extérieur au même niveau plutôt que descendre au bas.

Outstanding stay!
The home is beautiful. Watching the sunrise and listening to the surf daily with a fire going made this a most wonderful time. Everything about the home is perfect. Lots of little things making it a home also provided. Would recommend this to anyone who loves the ocean!

April 2024 Family Getaway
I can't say enough about the incredible views from this cottage! We saw many varieties of shore birds, and seals in the water and on the rocks out in front of the cottage daily. The living room was a wonderful place for us all to gather, with plenty of places to sit and relax while watching the ocean. The cottage was clean and everything we needed was provided. Scott was prompt answering any queries and helpful when we wanted to stay longer. We ended up not doing much cooking while we were there since there were so many nice restaurants nearby, some within an easy 5 minute walk. The wi-fi was fast and easy to set up on our devices. Parking on the property was ample, and right by the front steps. Check in and check out was a breeze. The location made it easy to explore Plymouth and other local areas on the south shore. We had a wonderful time here with our son and his wife and hope to return again in the future.

Perfect Spring Break
This property is simply amazing. No complaints at all. Beautiful ocean front views, clean, well furnished and great location. Despite the rainy weather, the location was perfect for day trips to Plymouth, Provincetown, and Salem. We even saw seals sunning themselves on the rocks on our last day, which was of course sunny! Communication with Scott was excellent. Check in and out was a breeze. This was our first time to the area, and we would love to come back. I would not hesitate to stay at Scott’s place again!

Amazing Views
Scott had wonderful communication before, during and after our stay. The location was perfect for us to get away. A little more remote with not as many places to eat/shop/visit, but with a decent drive we had good day trips to Plymouth, Boston, and Salem. The house was great with amazing views, and equipped with everything we needed during our visit. So great! Thank you for a spectacular stay, Scott!

Exceeded Expectations
This house is wonderful. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. Each morning, we watched the sunrise over the ocean and counted seals in the bay. This will be a yearly destination.

Third time's a charm!
Our third stay in Scott's lovely home did not disappoint! We normally don't rent the same house twice as there are so many beautiful places out there but we can't help ourselves with this property! We feel like we're "home" when we pull into the driveway! We love walking in the surrounding neighborhood, dining in our favorite restaurants and just hanging at the house watching our boy Saul (I named a seal that I see everyday!). This home is so well maintained that we know there will be no surprises upon arrival! Scott, thank you for keeping the outdoor shower open! It was an added bonus to an already fantastic week! Already thinking about a return visit next year!

The location of this home is superb, close enough to walk to town for shops and restaurants. The views from this home can’t be beat. The sunrises are beautiful. Wonderful home in an amazing location!
Wonderful view, a gorgeous house with beautiful hardwood floors, tastefully decorated with a fireplace, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was peaceful and relaxing with the sound of the waves. There were multiple restaurants with fresh, delicious seafood, some within walking distance. We found this house a wonderful place to stay, whether stormy or sunny. Had a fantastic family vacation!
Everything about this place was perfect for us! Sat & drank coffee while watching the ocean, went to sleep to the sound of the waves & saw the seals sunning on the rocks. Be sure to take binoculars. Super quaint little town away from all the hustle & bustle but close enough to drive anywhere you want to go. Visited Martha’s Vineyard, Cape Cod, Plymouth, Boston & Salem, ate way too much seafood & made some priceless family memories. Scott was fantastic & super responsive any time we had questions. Beautiful Home/Location Unique Experience
Loved this house. ..First, I'd like to say it was extremely clean. Very impressed. The town of Brant Rock is a little isolated, but I love that. Several restaurants are nearby (didn't try them, loved cooking in), and stores for food are not far. I love that there are interesting things to do within a 30 minute drive, and Boston is about an hour away. Excellent walks! Everything is comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Super nice appliances. Really enjoyed the fireplace, and just hanging out and enjoying the view, which is incredible. Saw a yellow moon. . .!!! And the last day there were 3 seals just hanging out sunning on the rocks at low tide. Bring binoculars. The stars were the most amazing I've seen anywhere. The only thing to know is that the bedrooms are small and there is a shared bathroom on the second floor. The other full bath is on the main floor. I definitely hope to visit this amazing home again.
