Weekend Away
Great location. Stayed for 2 nights after hiking Mt Holdsworth. Easy walk into the Martinborough square. Outdoor games room and patio beautiful on a sunny day. Left an item behind and Karen returned it with no charge. Only build is pillows in 2 bedrooms were very thin.

Amazing place to stay
The Mans cave/games room really makes this place and sets it above other stays. A great place to socialise with the whole family. Comfy beds, hot shower and everything you need for your stay completes the package. Thank you, ive already recommended the place to others.

Quick getaway with our dog
The cottage was perfect for our stay. Was awesome to be able to have our dog with us because of the fully fenced backyard. Awesome surroundings, vines for miles. The games room is an added bonus!

Short getaway
Absolute gem of a spot. Great feel to this histrionic villa. We loved the wooden floors and all other wooden features. The open fire place with comfortable leather couches was a hit for both the humans and dogs! The fact that the games room was seperate from the house was ideal for a change of scenery and activities. We spent the entire 2nd afternoon building Lego, with a roaring fire, pizzas and sipping on red wine.

Overall, very nice - good size bedrooms and living space. Heating for the spaces could be better. Firewood was wet so didn't burn too well. Beds were comfy and plenty of bedding to keep out the cold. Shower good. Heated towel rail would be nice, towels didn't dry easily.

Fantastic stay
We stayed here to celebrate my mums 60th, it was just my siblings and the parents. We did a wine tour and loved how close the accommodation was to town. The scenery was absolutely beautiful watching the sunrise over the vineyard next door. we really enjoyed the games room outside, It was like going to a separate location then arriving back at the house after a fun evening out. The house was really dark at night and cozy with a fireplace and heaters when needed. Beautiful character home. Highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future ☺️.

Great for a ling weekend with family
House has all we need and spacious. The open fire was a treat. The garden is large and private with great morning sun. The highlight is the outbuilding, games retreat with bar, or mancave. A really well thought out space with pool table and table tennis and darts. Also a bar and opens brilliantly to the outside and gets great all day sun so stays warm. So much fun. Thanks.
